02:29 For our fellowmen in Mindanao, the most likely to rain is at the end of the shear line,
02:34 the Caraga region, especially the Dinagat Islands and Sorigao provinces.
02:38 So, if you are going out, bring an umbrella, because scattered rain and thunderstorms

04:20 can reach between 3 to 4 meters, and it is also dangerous to small sea vessels.
04:25 This is due to the northeast monsoon.
04:28 And in the coming days, we will still experience a high tide
04:31 in many seaboards of Luzon, Visayas, and eastern portion of Mindanao.
04:35 Meanwhile, here in Metro Manila, and the remaining part of Luzon for the next three days,
04:41 we will still be affected by the northeast monsoon.
04:44 The most likely and expected is the light rain by tomorrow
04:48 here in the eastern part, Bicol region, as well as the Gaspi City,
04:52 Cordillera region, Cagayan Valley, Aurora, Quezon, and nearby areas here in Mimaropa.
04:57 We expect light rain and low temperatures.
05:01 Record breaking temperatures are possible by Saturday and Sunday in the early hours.
05:06 Then, when Sunday and Monday arrive, the weather will be better
05:09 for those in the eastern portions and those who experience cloudy and sometimes cloudy skies.
