00:15 particularly in a large part of our country.

00:18 It continues to bring cold nights and generally fair weather, especially in the western section of our country.

00:26 Meanwhile, we can see in the eastern section of Mindanao, these are cloud clusters

00:32 that can bring heavy rain, especially in the Caraga and Davao regions.

00:39 So, to our fellow citizens in the eastern section of Mindanao,

00:42 be careful of the possibilities of sudden floods and landslides.

00:47 We still don't see any possibility of a storm in the coming days.

01:42 In Tugagaraw, it's 20 to 27 degrees Celsius.

01:45 And here in Legazpi, we expect it to be 23 to 29 degrees Celsius.

01:51 Let's move to Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao.

01:55 In Palawan, we expect isolated or mild rain with temperature in Calayan Island 25 to 30 degrees Celsius.

02:04 Meanwhile, in Puerto Princesa City, it's 24 to 31 degrees Celsius.

02:10 The sky will be cloudy with light rain in the eastern part of Visayas,

02:15 the area of Samar Provinces, including Biliran and Leyte Provinces.

02:20 In the southern part of Visayas, the western and central Visayas,

02:25 we can experience isolated or mild rain.

02:29 The temperature in Tuaklaoban is 24 to 29 degrees Celsius.

02:33 Meanwhile, in Cebu, it's 24 to 28 degrees Celsius in Iloilo.

02:40 In Mindanao, we expect cloudy skies with a high chance of mild rain.

02:48 Cloud clusters will be present in the eastern part of Mindanao.

02:57 These cloud clusters are trough or extension of low-pressure area.

03:01 These low-pressure areas are in the equator.

03:04 The temperature in Aguat in the Gendeoro region is 24 to 29 degrees Celsius.

03:09 In Davao, it's 23 to 30 degrees Celsius.

03:12 Meanwhile, in Zamboanga, it's 23 to 32 degrees Celsius.

03:15 In the southern part of Mindanao, we can still experience isolated rain showers and thunderstorms.

03:22 Because of the north-east monsoon, we still have high-level gale warning in the northern seaboard of the northern Luzon,

03:29 in Batanes, Calaya and Pabuyan Islands.

03:33 We also have gale warning in the southern Luzon,

03:36 in the northern eastern coast of Camarines Sur,

03:39 in Catanduanes, in the eastern coast of Albay,

03:42 in the northern eastern coast of Sorsogon,

03:44 in the occidental and oriental Mindoro,

03:46 and in Palawan, in Calamian, Cuyo, Calayaan, and Cagayansilio Islands.

03:52 We also have high-level gale warning in the strong waves of the sea, in the parts of Cabizayaan,

03:59 the northern eastern and Samar provinces,

04:03 including the Biliran,

04:04 the parts of Leyte,

04:06 and also the southern Leyte,

04:08 the Antique, including the Caluya Islands, Iloilo, Guimaras,

04:12 Negros Occidental, and also Negros Oriental.

04:16 We also have high-level gale warning in the parts of Mindanao,

04:19 particularly in Dinagat Islands, Sorigao del Norte,

04:22 including Siargao and Bucas Grande Islands,

04:25 and also in Sorigao del Sur,

04:26 Silangang Bahagi, or Baybay in Davao Oriental,

04:29 and also in the parts of Zamboanga del Norte.

04:32 In the places I mentioned, it is dangerous to sail small boats and small boats

04:37 because the sea is prone to the waves of the northeast monsoon or hangi-amihan.

04:41 Here are the forecasts for the next days.

04:44 We will see in Manila,

04:46 in Baguio and Legazpi City,

05:20 it is possible that you will experience cloudy skies in Cebu and Tacloban,

05:25 while isolated rain showers and thunderstorms in Iloilo City.

05:29 The temperature in the next three days in Metro Cebu

05:31 will be from 24 to 30 degrees Celsius,

05:34 in Iloilo, from 24 to 30 degrees Celsius,

05:37 and in Tacloban, 23 to 30 degrees Celsius.

05:40 And in Mindanao, where the cloud clusters or trough or extension of low-pressure area will be,

05:46 there is a high chance of rain in Metro Davao and in Cagandeoro City

05:52 in the next three days,

05:53 while isolated rain showers and thunderstorms in Zamboanga City.
