00:09 The Northeast Monsoon or AMIHAN is still circulating in the area of Luzon and Visayas where the cold weather is still present, especially in the early hours.

00:19 We still have a chance of light rain or thunderstorms that will be caused by AMIHAN. Meanwhile, the low pressure area that we are monitoring outside our area of responsibility,

00:32 the chance of a storm entering the PAR remains low, but the trough or extension of this continues to cause rain in a large part of Mindanao.

00:43 So be careful for our countrymen there in the possibility of flooding and landslides.

00:49 And for the weather forecast this Wednesday, the sky is cloudy and there is a high chance of light rain or thunderstorms to be experienced

01:00 here in the area of Cagayan Valley, Aurora, Quezon and Bicol Region, near AMIHAN.
