00:00 Eight Japanese were reported to have returned to Japan after being involved in a scam in their country.

00:18 has been watching closely the eight Japanese nationals who were reported to have returned to Japan.
00:22 The eight were involved in a series of various robberies in Japan.
00:26 They were not part of the Luffy Group. However, they had the same modus operandi.
00:33 So they were doing telephone scams, credit card fraud,
00:39 to hide their identity. They were going to the Philippines.
00:42 They were deported because of pending cases in court
00:48 where they were filing cases against themselves to prolong their stay in the country.
00:55 These cases were dismissed.
00:58 A lot of them were found to be simulated, fake, fabricated,
