00:00 So listen, you've got Lights Out 14 coming up.
00:06 I can't believe it.
00:07 I guess you and I are getting old and time flies by because I remember talking to you
00:10 like Lights Out 1, Lights Out 5.
00:13 I was like, man, congratulations on Lights Out 10.
00:16 Dude, we're already at 14.
00:18 Yeah, you know, it's kind of crazy.
00:19 So we got a big fight next week, Friday, in Long Beach, California.
00:23 Lights Out Extreme Fight 14.
00:25 This is our biggest fight that we've had so far because we got two or three guys in this
00:29 card.
00:30 I believe they'll probably head off to the UFC and get that opportunity there.
00:33 We'll be live on FUBO, FUBO TV, FUBO Sports.
00:35 Also, we're introducing these Lights Out Tech gloves where it measures speed, power, punch,
00:40 impact, g-force.
00:41 So we're going to find a way to just try to get some of this data displayed.
00:45 When guys get hit in the cage, you can measure the power and the speed of that punch coming
00:50 and where it's landing at.
00:52 We got cameras that kind of capture the motion of the fight below us.
00:57 And so it's going to be really cool, really interactive, and I can't wait to introduce
01:01 this to the fans.
01:02 So you've always taken the production of this very seriously.
01:06 How did this come to be where you're sort of revolutionizing things?
01:08 I mean, we've always said, "Hugger is not a chip on a football."
01:12 You've beaten the National Football League, essentially, with this technology.
01:15 But so you're going to be able to measure how strong punches are, all kinds of different
01:20 metrics.
01:21 How did this come to be and how did you welcome this to your company?
01:24 So you know what?
01:25 This is what I want.
01:26 Are you an analytic computer guy like yourself?
01:29 How did this come to be?
01:30 Yeah, I've always been that way.
01:32 And I look at this as being more of an incubator, right?
01:34 And having these verticals of fan engagement technology, being able to have something like
01:39 this where now the broadcasters and the commentators are going to be able to talk about interactive
01:43 viewing, display real-time stats for an enhanced viewing experience.
01:48 Comparative analysis provides historical comparisons to add context.
01:51 So you're just going to have sort of instant stats, boom, boom, as soon as it happens.
01:57 And this is one day when we get the data accurate, this will be great for the betting companies.
02:02 I've got some betting companies, they saw this on the back end, they loved it, they
02:06 want to check it out.
02:07 Healthcare companies, more healthcare companies trying to get this data to maybe start to
02:11 ensure some of these fighters down the road, if they can collect enough of this accurate
02:14 data.
02:15 So that's what this whole thing is about, man.
02:16 How did you beat some of the bigger companies to this, actually?
02:19 Is this something that you figured that some of the bigger companies would be thinking
02:22 about?
02:23 Yeah, I can maneuver a little different.
02:24 You're like a linebacker, you're probably going to open a line, man.
02:30 Having the ability and the knowledge, and then also too, the outreach, right?
02:35 Because I'm not a full-on tech guy, but I know what I want to do and I get to a hold
02:39 of the right people to do it.
02:40 And so I had this great partnership with these guys over at Shot Tracker, who created the
02:44 technology.
02:45 Actually, the technology is in, I think, PGA and MLB, and it's one other sport that they
02:52 use there.
02:53 But we have it in combat sports and we're going to make this data as accurate as possible.
