A couple who took a romance-inspired leap of faith have seen their business nominated for an award just five months after taking over.
Nick and Jenny Barratt, from Oakengates, took over Truffles Cafe in Ironbridge in September last year.
It was a major change for the pair, with Nick giving up a job at Aldi, to pursue his long held ambition of cooking for a living.

00:00 I'm Jenny Barrett. I'm Nick. And this is Truffles.
00:06 I hear you guys are up for an award at the moment. Do you want to tell us a little bit more about the award you've been nominated for?
00:12 It's the Shropshire Business Awards for the, I think it's for the best café in Shropshire.
00:21 I'm obviously really stoked about it. We've only been here for five months and already we're getting nominated for awards, which is great.
00:28 We're just not letting it go over our heads at the moment.
00:31 Do you know how many people are nominated in the awards?
00:34 I have no idea.
00:36 We've actually not even looked into it. We were amazed.
00:38 We've been too busy.
00:39 We didn't even realise it had come through the post. What's this? Normally it's a bill.
00:44 So yeah, to see something like that come through was really lovely. We're really chuffed.
00:48 Do you know when the awards are being held?
00:50 April I believe. April I believe. So we'll see, won't we?
00:56 Yeah.
00:57 And are there any ideas who's put you forward?
01:00 Not a clue.
01:01 It says either a customer or a member of the public, so I really don't know.
01:06 No.
01:07 And I wish you all the best.
01:08 Thank you very much.
01:09 And it was you, wasn't it?
01:10 It was me, yeah.
01:11 It's done anyway.
01:12 It wasn't me.
