00:00 Good morning from the Weather Forecasting Center.

00:04 This is our update on the weather forecast for the next 24 hours.

00:09 We will continue to experience the effects of the Northeast Monsoon,

00:14 or the cold wind here in a large part of Northern Luzon.

00:19 Meanwhile, this is the Easter Lease, or the hot wind from the Pacific Ocean,

00:22 the weather system that is affecting the coldest part of our country.

00:27 Because of the cold, we will still experience the possibility of heavy rain

00:31 in some areas of the extreme Northern Luzon,

00:34 and in some areas of Northern Luzon, particularly here in the eastern section of Cagayan Valley.

00:40 Meanwhile, because of the Easter Lease, or the wind from the Pacific Ocean,

00:45 it is clear in the time that we are expecting in a large part of our country.

00:49 There is still a chance of light rains, or the cold that is brought by the cold

00:54 here in a large part of Northern Luzon, and a chance of localized thunderstorms,

00:59 which are sudden and sudden rainfalls in Metro Manila and the rest of the country.

01:05 And for the location of our weather today here in Luzon,

01:10 because of the cold, we will still experience the possibility of heavy rain

01:14 in the areas of Batanes and Mainland Cagayan.

01:20 The cold part of Luzon, including Metro Manila, is generally fair weather that we are expecting today.

02:18 which is where the easterly winds from the Pacific Ocean are blowing.

02:27 at the moment, there are no high gale warnings in any of the coastal areas of our island.

02:31 However, the precautions of our fishermen are still different,

02:34 especially in the coastal areas of Northern Luzon,

02:38 because it is still possible to experience a dry weather up to the high seas.

02:43 And for our 3-day extended weather outlook in the surrounding cities of our country,

02:48 for the next 3 days, the whole of Luzon,

02:51 especially in the areas of Northern and Central Luzon,

02:54 in the cities of Metro Manila and Baguio City,

02:57 starting tomorrow, Sunday, we are expecting the next storm,

03:01 or the strong winds,

03:04 where we are expecting these effects in the mentioned areas.

03:08 So, we are still expecting fair weather conditions,

03:11 clear skies, and the chances of thunderstorms,

03:15 especially here in Metro Manila,

03:17 the rain or thunderstorms that we are expecting in the mentioned areas,

03:22 for the next 3 days.

03:24 In the southern part of Luzon,

03:26 particularly in the Bicol region,

03:28 in the city of Legazpi City,

03:30 starting tomorrow, Sunday, until Monday,

03:33 because of the effect of the shoreline,

03:35 or the strong winds in the mentioned areas,

03:39 we are expecting the chances of heavy rains,

03:43 floods, and landslides.

03:45 So, we are staying away from the weather updates that are being released by Pag-asa.

03:49 We are expecting improving weather conditions in the Bicol region,

03:53 when the storm passes,

03:55 we still have chances of thunderstorms when the sun sets until the evening.

03:59 In the Visayas, for the next 3 days,

04:02 because of the effect of the shoreline in the Eastern Visayas,

04:06 in the city of Tacloban City,

04:08 from Sunday to Monday,

04:10 we are also expecting the effect of the shoreline,

04:12 so, we are also expecting the chances of heavy rains,

04:16 and improving weather conditions when the storm passes.

04:20 For the rest of Visayas, in the Central and Western Visayas,

04:24 in the areas of Metro Cebu and Iloilo City for the next 3 days,

04:28 the fair weather conditions will continue,

04:30 the weather will be hot and foggy from morning to evening,

04:34 there are still chances of thunderstorms,

04:36 so, sudden and sudden rains,

04:39 when the sun sets until the evening.

04:42 In the part of Mindanao,

04:44 because of the shoreline,

04:45 so, the Eastern section of Mindanao,

04:47 in the regions of Caraga and Davao region,
