ईआरसीपी को लेकर राजस्थान और मध्य प्रदेश के बीच समझौता हो चुका है। मगर अब भी कई राज्यों के साथ राजस्थान का जल विवाद चल रहा है। इन्हीं में से एक हैं हरियाणा से चल रहा यमुना जल विवाद। अब इस विवाद को भी सुलझाने की मांग उठने लगी है।

00:01 Yamuna water was our right,
00:03 after forming the movement committee.
00:05 A year and a half ago,
00:07 in the Yamuna water agreement of 1994,
00:13 the five states had an agreement
00:15 in which the water from the Tajewala head, Haryana,
00:17 to Jhunjhunu,
00:19 had to come to Jhunjhunu border.
00:22 For three districts.
00:25 There are three districts,
00:27 Shikar, Jhunjhunu, Churu
00:29 and the water situation there has become so acute
00:32 that it was necessary for the water to come.
00:35 Since it has not come yet,
00:37 we started this movement for it,
00:40 which has continued till now.
00:42 In this regard,
00:44 we have met before,
00:46 and now again,
00:48 when we felt that the state government,
00:53 central government,
00:55 and Haryana government,
00:57 were putting a barrier in our system,
01:00 these three governments belong to the same party,
01:03 we have approached them in a new way.
01:07 Our chief minister and central water resource minister
01:12 have assured us
01:14 that we have started working in this direction.
01:17 And now we are trying our best to make it possible.
