04:42 I'm trying not to get fat and I'm trying not to get hurt.
04:45 Those are my two goals every day when I come in here.
04:47 - My fitness goal is when I walk down the beach,
04:50 with my girl Sky and my shirts off,
04:52 I look better than the 30 or 35 year old guy
04:56 that's walking down the beach like the cock of the walk.
04:59 I wanna make sure that I look better
05:01 than all these other guys around here.

05:23 Advanced Resistive Exercise Device.
05:25 It allows us to do anything you can do in the gym,
05:28 from squats to bench press to triceps to abs.
05:31 You can pretty much do it on this machine.
05:33 - This is my 647 bread.
05:38 This, if somebody else in the house eats a slice of this,
05:43 there will be hell to pay.
05:44 - Right.
05:45 - Really hell to pay.
05:47 This is off limits to everybody in the house.
05:50 And I see people sneaking it sometimes and it's infuriating.
