31:13 May iba po kasi mga klase din ng sakit sa dibdib na hindi naman po atake sa puso.

31:22 Q: Number one cause of death yung ischemic heart disease, ano ba ito at kahit sino pwede tamaan?
31:33 A: Yes kahit sino pwede tamaan.
31:36 Ischemic heart disease, ito po ischemia, is sabihin po ang definition nito, imbalance between the oxygen supply and oxygen demand.
31:43 Nawawala yung oxygen supply because usually yung sakit sa puso, ang pinaka-common po, sakit sa puso ay may pagbara ng ugat natin sa ating mga puso, indaluyan ng dugo.
31:55 So because of the build-up ng cholesterol.
31:58 So ito po yung ischemic heart disease. So pwede po yan, pwede po naman mana po yan at pwede rin because of lifestyle. Lalo na po yung kumakain na, matataba at mahilig kumain ng red meat tulad ng beef, babor, chicken skin...
32:19 At yung processed meat, processed food, yan po yung lifestyle. At yung mga hindi nag-exercise, at yung mga nagsisigarilyo.
32:30 Edoc, may permanenteng lunas ba yung heart disease at yung sama ng loob? Naglilead po ba ito sa heart disease?
32:36 Mayroon sila tinatawag broken heart disease ba?
32:39 Sindrom, o.
32:40 Takot subo, di ba?

32:49 May permanenteng. Kung may permanenteng, wala pong actually pinaka-cure kundepende kasi sa sakit sa puso.
32:58 Pero sabihin ko nga yung pinaka-common sakit sa puso yung pagbabara ng ugat ng ating mga daluyan ng dugo papunta sa ating muscles ng heart. Yan po yung pinaka-common.
33:08 Dahil po yan may accumulation ng cholesterol. Hindi yan natatanggal na sa permanenteng po siya.
33:16 Ang gagawin na lang po ng mga gamot natin is babawasan yung progression, mabawasan yung pagdami ulit ng cholesterol.
