00:36 Respected viewers, once again we are here with the program Asr-e-Hadir and the commandments of the religion.
00:42 As you know, every time we discuss a topic in this program.
00:47 During this time, your queries are also addressed, general queries as well,
00:51 and the questions you ask through the call, your calls are also entertained.
00:55 All answers are given in the light of the book and the Sunnah.
00:58 As you know, our topic was on Wudhu.
01:04 So today is the last episode of that series.
01:07 We have discussed the obligations of Wudhu, the Sunnahs of Wudhu,
01:12 and the statements of some of the Mustahabbat of Wudhu.
01:15 And we had also discussed the topic of Masa.
01:18 Today we will talk about the Nawaqiz-e-Wudhu.
01:21 Nawaqiz-e-Wudhu means those things that break Wudhu.
01:25 That is, those things or those reasons from which Wudhu breaks.
01:28 Today we will first discuss that and then, God willing, your calls will also be taken.
01:32 The numbers will be on the screen, you can contact us.
01:35 Then the answers to your calls will also be given, God willing.
01:37 So we come to Nawaqiz-e-Wudhu, things that break Wudhu,
01:41 those things or those reasons from which Wudhu breaks.
01:44 So the first thing is,
01:46 [Arabic]
01:48 If there is any impurity from the point of urine or from the point of the urine,
01:52 then Wudhu breaks from it.
01:54 The second thing is,
01:55 [Arabic]
01:57 If there is any impurity from the point of the urine or from the point of the urine,
02:00 then Wudhu breaks from it.
02:02 The third thing is,
02:03 [Arabic]
02:05 That blood or pus or yellow water flows from the human body
02:09 and reaches such a place that it is necessary to wash in Wudhu or Washing,
02:15 then Wudhu breaks from it.
02:17 [Arabic]
02:19 If there is any impurity from the point of the urine or from the point of the urine,
02:24 then Wudhu breaks from it.
02:26 The fourth thing is,
02:28 [Arabic]
02:30 If there is any impurity from the point of the urine or from the point of the urine,
02:34 then Wudhu breaks from it.
02:36 [Arabic]
02:38 If there is any impurity from the point of the urine or from the point of the urine,
02:42 then Wudhu breaks from it.
02:44 [Arabic]
02:55 Similarly, if blood has come out,
02:57 but it has not flowed,
02:59 then just the blood coming out or shining,
03:02 Wudhu does not break from it.
03:04 Wudhu breaks at the same time when blood has come out and flowed.
03:07 So, usually, when sugar tests are done,
03:10 when the ordinary blood that is visible in the test does not flow,
03:13 then Wudhu does not break from it.
03:15 So, if there is any other case that only the blood is visible and not flowed,
03:20 it is shining, but it did not flow to such a place that
03:23 washing or washing is necessary,
03:25 then Wudhu does not break in this case.
03:28 It will break only when it flows.
03:30 And sometimes it happens that blood comes out
03:32 and a person cleans it with a handkerchief or tissue or some cloth.
03:36 So, if you are cleaning it again and again,
03:38 then it will be seen in the form that
03:40 if you do not clean it again and again,
03:42 then it would have flowed in this form
03:44 and reached such a part that
03:46 Wudhu is actually necessary to wash,
03:48 then Wudhu breaks in this form too.
03:50 Although it is not flowing,
03:52 but it had the ability to flow.
03:54 You have stopped it temporarily.
03:56 You have stopped it by taking a temporary measure.
03:59 If you did not clean it again and again,
04:01 then it would have flowed.
04:03 So, this means that Wudhu was the breaking blood.
04:05 It was in such an amount.
04:07 Wudhu breaks in this form.
04:09 Similarly, if blood comes from the mouth, teeth or muscles,
04:13 then when does Wudhu break in the form of blood coming from the mouth?
04:16 In this form, spit will be thrown and checked by spitting
04:19 that if blood is dominant on spit,
04:21 then Wudhu will break in this form.
04:23 And if blood and spit are equal,
04:25 then Wudhu will also break.
04:27 Yes, if spit is dominant on blood,
04:29 then Wudhu does not break.
04:31 How will the location of the Ghalba-e-Ka be known?
04:33 The location of the Ghalba-e-Ka will be known
04:35 by the color of the spit.
04:37 If spit is dominant on blood,
04:39 then Wudhu will break.
04:41 If the color of the spit is red,
04:43 then it means that spit is dominant on blood,
04:45 so Wudhu has broken.
04:47 And if the color of the spit is yellow,
04:49 then it means that spit is dominant.
04:51 So, if spit is dominant,
04:53 then Wudhu does not break.
04:55 But if blood is dominant on spit,
04:57 then Wudhu breaks in this form.
04:59 Similarly, there is another thing
05:01 that the seeds of the Ghalba-e-Ka
05:03 or any disease of the body,
05:05 any of the pores of the body,
05:07 from the eyes, ears, nose,
05:09 or from the mouth,
05:11 due to some disease,
05:13 tears or water flowed,
05:15 then that too will break Wudhu
05:17 because it also has this possibility,
05:19 this suspicion that there will be
05:21 a blood transfusion,
05:23 blood or spit,
05:25 so in that form also Wudhu breaks.
05:27 Similarly, Wudhu breaks in the form of Ka,
05:29 but it breaks at the time when Ka is full of mouth.
05:31 Normal Ka does not break Wudhu,
05:33 but if Ka is full of mouth,
05:35 full of mouth Ka means that
05:37 it comes without any structure,
05:39 in large quantity,
05:41 and it is not possible to stop it without force.
05:43 So, Wudhu breaks from that Ka,
05:45 Wudhu does not break from any Ka.
05:47 And if Ka is also empty,
05:49 it is water,
05:51 then Wudhu does not break from it.
05:53 Wudhu does not break from Ka of Balgam,
05:55 Wudhu breaks from that Ka,
05:57 which is Saffara,
05:59 which is bitter water,
06:01 Wudhu breaks from that Ka,
06:03 or Ka of food, or Ka of drink,
06:05 or Saffara, which is bitter water,
06:07 Wudhu breaks from that Ka,
06:09 because it also has Amedes,
06:11 it comes from the Amedes of Najasat,
06:13 so Wudhu breaks from that,
06:15 but Wudhu will break from Ka of mouth,
06:17 Wudhu does not break from any Ka.
06:19 We have a caller with us, let's include him.
06:21 Assalam-o-Alaikum.
06:23 Wa-Alaikum-o-Salam,
06:25 Wa-Alaikum-o-Salam,
06:27 Assalam-o-Alaikum-o-Salam,
06:29 Yes, please go ahead.
06:31 I was asking,
06:33 does the Wudhu break from the Naswar or cigarette
06:35 that people use?
06:37 Yes, I will tell you.
06:39 We have another caller with us.
06:41 Assalam-o-Alaikum.
06:43 Yes.
06:45 Assalam-o-Alaikum.
06:47 Wa-Alaikum-o-Salam.
06:49 Yes, please go ahead.
06:51 Mufti sahib, I wanted to ask you,
06:53 Allah says in the Holy Quran,
06:55 that you should do Istighfar with great intensity.
06:57 So, I wanted to confirm,
06:59 whether we should do Istighfar for the child,
07:01 or we should do Astaghfirullah.
07:03 Astaghfirullah.
07:05 Astaghfirullah.
07:07 Okay, I will tell you.
07:09 Okay.
07:11 So, I was asking,
07:13 how does Wudhu break from Ka of mouth,
07:15 which Ka does Wudhu break from,
07:17 we were discussing about that.
07:19 After this, Wudhu breaks from Naam,
07:21 that is, from gold.
07:23 But, a small Naam does not break Wudhu from that.
07:25 Wudhu breaks from that gold,
07:27 which does not have Maq'at in it.
07:29 And,
07:31 it should not be in such a condition,
07:33 that it becomes a hindrance
07:35 in a long sleep.
07:37 Only if these two conditions are met,
07:39 Wudhu will break from gold.
07:41 Otherwise, Wudhu does not break from gold.
07:43 The fundamental reason for Wudhu breaking from gold is that,
07:45 when a person sleeps,
07:47 his joints become loose.
07:49 There is a distance between the joints.
07:51 In this condition, there is a fear that
07:53 Rih can be removed.
07:55 So, due to this fear,
07:57 Wudhu is said to break.
07:59 But, this fear is an obvious thing.
08:01 It will happen only when a person is sleeping
08:03 in such a condition,
08:05 in which this fear is found.
08:07 If he does not sleep in such a condition,
08:09 for example,
08:11 he has a lot of Maq'at or Surin,
08:13 and he is sitting like this,
08:15 and he is sitting on the seat,
08:17 and he is sitting like this,
08:19 then the condition of Ruku and Sujood,
08:21 if it is according to Sunnah,
08:23 the condition of Ruku,
08:25 or according to Sunnah,
08:27 the condition of Sajda or Hayat,
08:29 if a person falls asleep in this,
08:31 then it is obvious that
08:33 these are the conditions that are a hindrance
08:35 in the path of sleep.
08:37 So, in this case, Wudhu does not break.
08:39 Yes, if a person falls asleep in Ruku or Sajda,
08:41 and he has fallen asleep,
08:43 and even after that,
08:45 his eyes are not open,
08:47 then Wudhu does not break.
08:49 But the regular sleep,
08:51 which is called sleep in our language,
08:53 the sleep of the normal form,
08:55 the sleep of the routine,
08:57 Wudhu does not break from that sleep.
08:59 Similarly,
09:01 this question was asked by a brother,
09:03 because this question is also related to this,
09:05 I will mention the answer of this question by hand,
09:07 which he said that by smoking or eating Niswar,
09:09 Wudhu does not break.
09:11 But smoking should not be consumed,
09:13 and Niswar should not be consumed.
09:15 It is a different aspect
09:17 whether it is permissible or not,
09:19 apart from that,
09:21 it is the same thing that
09:23 the health expert should avoid things,
09:25 and the rest of the scholars
09:27 who consider it permissible,
09:29 they are also convinced of its permissibility,
09:31 they consider it to be permissible,
09:33 so it should be avoided,
09:35 but if someone has smoked or eaten Niswar,
09:37 then in this case,
09:39 Wudhu will break or not,
09:41 then Wudhu does not break from it.
09:43 Wudhu does not break from eating Niswar,
09:45 but Wudhu does break from losing intellect.
09:47 The loss of intellect
09:49 is also called as
09:51 the defect of Wudhu,
09:53 that it is a reason for Wudhu to break.
09:55 Now, the loss of intellect
09:57 may be due to being unconscious,
09:59 due to being crazy,
10:01 due to obsession,
10:03 or due to intoxication.
10:05 If it is due to intoxication,
10:07 then it is such an intoxication
10:09 that a person cannot walk properly,
10:11 and if it is due to an obsession,
10:13 then Wudhu breaks.
10:15 So, the loss of intellect
10:17 may be due to obsession,
10:19 due to being unconscious,
10:21 or due to intoxication,
10:23 then Wudhu breaks.
10:25 We have another caller with us.
10:27 Assalamu Alaikum.
10:29 Walaikum Assalam.
10:31 My question is that
10:33 if someone has fasted Nafl,
10:35 and it breaks for some reason,
10:37 then is it necessary to perform Qaza?
10:39 I asked this in the day,
10:41 but you could not understand.
10:43 It is gold,
10:45 only gold,
10:47 but it is made with the
10:49 current price.
10:51 I will tell you.
10:53 Yes.
10:55 We have another caller with us.
10:57 Assalamu Alaikum.
10:59 Walaikum Assalam.
11:01 Yes, tell me.
11:03 My three questions are,
11:05 first question is that
11:07 if someone has fasted Nafl,
11:09 then will he massage
11:11 the back of the ear,
11:13 or only the part of the ear,
11:15 which is covered by the thumb.
11:17 Will he also massage the
11:19 earlobe?
11:21 My second question is,
11:23 is it possible to massage
11:25 a little bit of the earlobe?
11:27 Yes.
11:29 We were discussing the
11:31 causes of Wudhu breaking.
11:33 The last thing was,
11:35 the cause of Wudhu breaking
11:37 is the use of Kehqa.
11:39 Kehqa does not break
11:41 by using Kehqa.
11:43 If someone uses Kehqa in
11:45 Namaz,
11:47 then it will not break,
11:49 but if someone uses Kehqa
11:51 in Namaz,
11:53 then it will break.
11:55 Kehqa also breaks.
11:57 Kehqa also breaks.
11:59 Kehqa is one thing,
12:01 Tabassum means smiling,
12:03 and Kehqa means
12:05 laughing loudly.
12:07 Tabassum is when the teeth
12:09 are open,
12:11 and there is no sound.
12:13 This is Tabassum,
12:15 which is smiling.
12:17 Kehqa means that
12:19 the person should
12:21 laugh so loudly
12:23 that the other person
12:25 should also hear it.
12:27 The rule is that
12:29 smiling does not break
12:31 the body,
12:33 but Kehqa does.
12:35 If Kehqa is used in Namaz,
12:37 then it breaks
12:39 Namaz and Wudhu.
12:41 Kehqa does not break
12:43 by using Kehqa,
12:45 but if someone uses Kehqa
12:47 and then performs Wudhu,
12:49 then it is better.
12:51 It is better.
12:53 There are some other things
12:55 that do not break Wudhu.
12:57 People think that Wudhu breaks
12:59 by looking at someone's Sitr.
13:01 Wudhu does not break by looking at
13:03 someone's Sitr.
13:05 Especially when women
13:07 bathe their children,
13:09 they think that
13:11 Wudhu breaks by bathing them.
13:13 Wudhu does not break
13:15 by looking at someone's Sitr.
13:17 It is different.
13:19 It is permissible or not.
13:21 It is permissible in the cases
13:23 where there is no need
13:25 to look at the Sitr.
13:27 Let's take a short break.
13:29 We hope you will be with us.
13:31 Welcome back.
13:33 We were discussing
13:35 about the cases
13:37 where Wudhu breaks.
13:39 The last thing
13:41 we discussed was
13:43 that if someone
13:45 looks at the Sitr,
13:47 does it break Wudhu or not.
13:49 We have a caller with us.
13:51 Let's call her and then we will discuss.
13:53 Assalam-o-Alaikum.
13:55 I am calling from
13:57 Shams-e-Kishawar.
13:59 I am asking about the Sajjadah.
14:01 When I go somewhere,
14:03 some people do Sajjadah
14:05 and some don't.
14:07 Can I do the 14 Sajjadah
14:09 by myself?
14:11 We also hear the recitation
14:13 of the Holy Quran on TV.
14:15 We can do Sajjadah
14:17 by ourselves.
14:19 I will tell you.
14:21 We have another caller
14:23 with us. Assalam-o-Alaikum.
14:25 Assalam-o-Alaikum.
14:27 Yes, tell me.
14:29 I have a question.
14:31 There is a company that sells
14:33 health and life insurance.
14:35 Do you have to do a job
14:37 in that company?
14:39 Or do you have to call
14:41 the employee and
14:43 ask them to come for an interview?
14:45 How is this job?
14:47 Yes, I will tell you.
14:49 So, we were discussing
14:51 the causes of
14:53 the breakage of the ablution.
14:55 Similarly, the ablution
14:57 breaks due to the
14:59 'Hambistri' or 'Mubasharat-e-Faisha'.
15:01 There are other cases
15:03 where the ablution breaks.
15:05 In any case,
15:07 the ablution breaks.
15:09 Some people
15:11 have a query
15:13 about the ablution.
15:15 For example, if someone
15:17 has an injection,
15:19 will the ablution break
15:21 due to the injection or not?
15:23 The ablution does not break
15:25 due to the injection.
15:27 Similarly, the ablution does not
15:29 break due to the drip.
15:31 Now, the question is
15:33 whether the ablution breaks
15:35 due to the blood test or not?
15:37 The ablution breaks due to the
15:39 blood test because
15:41 when the blood is tested,
15:43 the amount of blood is so much
15:45 that the amount of blood flowing
15:47 from the nose is so much that
15:49 the ablution does not break.
15:51 Similarly, some people
15:53 ask if someone abused,
15:55 insulted or lied,
15:57 will the ablution remain?
15:59 So, if someone abused, insulted
16:01 or lied, then although this is a sin,
16:03 repentance is necessary,
16:05 but will the ablution break or not?
16:07 So, the ablution does not break.
16:09 Yes, if someone performs ablution after
16:11 this, it is a good thing, it is better,
16:13 it is a good deed, it is a good deed.
16:15 So, the ablution does not break.
16:17 If someone does not perform ablution
16:19 after this, then he will not be a sinner.
16:21 Similarly, some people ask
16:23 whether the ablution breaks
16:25 by watching TV or watching drama
16:27 or watching a movie or not?
16:29 So, the ablution does not break
16:31 just by watching.
16:33 It is a different thing that
16:35 it is not right to see.
16:37 It is not right to see the
16:39 wrong thing.
16:41 The ablution does not break.
16:43 If someone does not perform ablution
16:45 after this, then it will break.
16:47 Otherwise, the ablution does not break
16:49 just by watching.
16:51 This was our topic about
16:53 the ablution. We have also discussed
16:55 the general theories about it.
16:57 We have also discussed all the reasons
16:59 for the ablution.
17:01 Now, we will come to your answers
17:03 and questions.
17:05 We will answer the questions
17:07 of the callers.
17:09 So, first, a brother asked
17:11 that the ablution does not break
17:13 by smoking a cigarette or by eating
17:15 a snack. But, one should not
17:17 smoke a cigarette. It is harmful
17:19 for health and people are
17:21 considered to be intoxicated.
17:23 Whether it is intoxication or not
17:25 is a different topic.
17:27 But, people consider it as a bad habit
17:29 and so, one should not smoke it.
17:31 Especially, those who are
17:33 reciting the Durood Sharif
17:35 or those who are pious,
17:37 they should be protected from
17:39 these kinds of things.
17:41 Those who are reciting the Durood Sharif
17:43 and those who are
17:45 observing the fasting should
17:47 be protected from these kinds of things.
17:49 We have a caller here.
17:51 Assalamu Alaikum.
17:53 Assalamu Alaikum.
17:55 Assalamu Alaikum.
17:57 Assalamu Alaikum.
17:59 Assalamu Alaikum.
18:01 The call has been dropped.
18:03 I was saying that
18:05 we were answering your questions.
18:07 The second question
18:09 is that,
18:11 in the Holy Quran,
18:13 the blessings of Istighfar
18:15 are given.
18:17 Actually, this is a very famous thing.
18:19 Some elders have said that
18:21 the benefits of Istighfar in the Holy Quran
18:23 are many things.
18:25 Like, the attainment of children
18:27 or other things.
18:29 This is a detailed verse of the Holy Quran
18:31 and from this verse,
18:33 they have argued that
18:35 Istighfar is for these things.
18:37 The basic purpose of Istighfar
18:39 is to ask Allah for forgiveness.
18:41 But, the additional benefits
18:43 of Istighfar are also
18:45 mentioned in the Holy Quran.
18:47 There are many worldly blessings
18:49 that are also obtained
18:51 by the blessings of Istighfar.
18:53 The reason why I asked
18:55 this question is that
18:57 the benefits of Istighfar
18:59 that we have to recite on the Tasbeeh,
19:01 should we recite Astaghfirullah
19:03 or Astaghfar?
19:05 First, let's understand
19:07 that Astaghfar is not a word.
19:09 The word is correct.
19:11 Istighfar is the source.
19:13 It means to ask Allah
19:15 for forgiveness.
19:17 To ask Allah for forgiveness.
19:19 This is Istighfar.
19:21 And when we say Astaghfirullah,
19:23 in that, Astaghfirullah
19:25 is a verb.
19:27 Astaghfirullah means
19:29 I seek forgiveness from Allah
19:31 or I seek forgiveness from Allah.
19:33 If it is a woman,
19:35 she will say, "It is a man."
19:37 I seek forgiveness from Allah.
19:39 I seek forgiveness from Allah.
19:41 So, Astaghfirullah,
19:43 where the benefits of Istighfar
19:45 are mentioned,
19:47 it does not mean
19:49 to say Istighfar.
19:51 It means to say
19:53 the whole sentence.
19:55 Whether you say Astaghfirullah
19:57 or Astaghfirullah,
19:59 Allah will take it.
20:01 If Allah wills,
20:03 other benefits will be obtained.
20:05 It is better to say Astaghfirullah
20:07 with the word 'Azim'.
20:09 Astaghfirullah al-Azim.
20:11 It means
20:13 I seek forgiveness from Allah.
20:15 It is better to say Astaghfirullah
20:17 al-Azim wa Atubu ilaih.
20:19 I seek forgiveness from Allah
20:21 and turn to Him.
20:23 I repent from Him.
20:25 If you say the whole sentence,
20:27 if you want to say the fifth Kalima,
20:29 Astaghfirullah,
20:31 it is better.
20:33 You will get reward for it.
20:35 Other benefits will be obtained.
20:37 We have a caller with us.
20:39 Assalamu Alaikum.
20:41 Assalamu Alaikum.
20:43 I have asked
20:45 that I am in a temper.
20:47 I am a believer.
20:49 I pray.
20:51 I have another caller.
20:55 Assalamu Alaikum.
20:57 Walaikum Assalam.
20:59 Yes, tell me.
21:01 I have two questions.
21:03 Yes, tell me.
21:05 My husband told his wife
21:07 that if you give money to anyone,
21:09 you will be divorced.
21:11 Yes.
21:13 And the second question is
21:15 that as we are in heaven,
21:17 there is a rule for single girls.
21:19 How can we keep such a rule?
21:21 Yes, I will tell you.
21:23 Yes, I was saying
21:25 that the word Istighfar
21:27 does not mean
21:29 to ask for forgiveness.
21:31 It is a sentence.
21:33 It is not just Istighfar.
21:35 It is not just Istighfar.
21:37 It is a sentence.
21:39 Astaghfirullah,
21:41 Astaghfirullah al-Azeem,
21:43 Astaghfirullah al-Azeem
21:45 wa tu bi ilaih,
21:47 or the fifth Kalima.
21:49 If you want to read it,
21:51 then you should read it
21:53 and you should also
21:55 think about its meaning.
21:57 Then you will get more blessings.
21:59 You should not just say it
22:01 with your tongue.
22:03 You should also think about
22:05 its meaning and
22:07 its benefit.
22:09 And one thing that I often explain
22:11 that whether it is Istighfar or
22:13 Durood Sharif or any other thing
22:15 like that,
22:17 the word of Allah
22:19 has been mentioned in Hadith
22:21 or scholars or scholars
22:23 have said that
22:25 all the things related to worship
22:27 should be done with the intention
22:29 of Allah's pleasure.
22:31 You should do it with the intention
22:33 of getting reward
22:35 so that you get reward on them.
22:37 Otherwise, if you do not intend
22:39 to get reward,
22:41 you will just read it for
22:43 the sake of worldly blessings
22:45 or for a particular purpose.
22:47 You will not get reward on it.
22:49 You will not get reward
22:51 as the scholars have explained
22:53 in their books.
22:55 You will get reward only when
22:57 you read it with the intention of reward.
22:59 If you read it for a purpose,
23:01 then it is permissible.
23:03 But according to the command of the
23:05 plan, you will not get reward.
23:07 So, you should do it with the intention
23:09 of Allah's pleasure and
23:11 then you can ask for prayers.
23:13 You can ask for anything you want
23:15 and you can ask for prayers.
23:17 Allah is pleased with that prayer.
23:19 So, if you ask for prayers,
23:21 you will get reward
23:23 and your wish will be fulfilled.
23:25 So, do not deprive yourself of reward.
23:27 You should get reward.
23:29 So, do it with the intention of Allah's pleasure.
23:31 And as it is, the pleasure of Allah is
23:33 more than anything else.
23:35 The real purpose and the real desire
23:37 of a perfect believer is the pleasure
23:39 of Allah and this is what should be.
23:41 Then a sister asked a question
23:43 that if the nafli roza is broken,
23:45 is it necessary to keep its qadha?
23:47 Yes, it is necessary.
23:49 The nafli roza itself is not necessary.
23:51 But this is the principle of worship
23:53 that if you have started worship
23:55 yourself, then in the form of breaking it,
23:57 its qadha is necessary for you.
23:59 It was not necessary for you to keep
24:01 the nafli roza.
24:03 You have kept the nafli roza
24:05 by your own choice and your own choice.
24:07 When you have kept it,
24:09 it is now necessary from Allah
24:11 to keep it, to complete it,
24:13 to reach it, and not to leave it in the middle.
24:15 So, if you have broken the nafli roza,
24:17 then in this form you will perform
24:19 its qadha. Later you will have to perform
24:21 its qadha. The rest is a different matter
24:23 that whether there will be a sin or not,
24:25 then its command is that if you have broken
24:27 it without excuse, then in this form
24:29 there is a sin and repentance is also necessary.
24:31 And if you have broken it for a right reason,
24:33 then for a right reason, breaking the nafli roza
24:35 is not a sin, but it is necessary for the qadha.
24:37 Whether you break it with excuse or without
24:39 excuse, the qadha of nafli roza will be necessary.
24:41 Here we have a caller with us. Assalam-o-Alaikum.
24:43 Assalam-o-Alaikum.
24:45 Assalam-o-Alaikum.
24:47 Line
24:49 has dropped.
24:51 So,
24:53 if you have broken the nafli roza,
24:55 then perform the qadha. Then a
24:57 sister asked a question and she said
24:59 that we have another program called Deen-ur-Khawateen
25:01 in which this question was also asked
25:03 that if there are four tolas of gold,
25:05 then in this form, will zakat be necessary or not?
25:07 We had given the answer in detail there,
25:09 but now she has called
25:11 and now she is saying that my question
25:13 was not understood. Your question was understood.
25:15 We had told both the forms.
25:17 We had told both the forms that
25:19 the ratio of gold in zakat is
25:21 7.5 tolas of gold,
25:23 and the ratio of silver is 52.5 tolas of silver.
25:25 Now, if someone has
25:27 7.5, someone has
25:29 4 tolas of gold, only gold
25:31 and there is no other commodity
25:33 then in this form,
25:35 zakat will not be necessary.
25:37 Zakat will be necessary only when
25:39 the gold is at least 7.5 tolas.
25:41 But if apart from gold,
25:43 he has any other commodity
25:45 which is considered as zakat,
25:47 then the ratio of gold will not be
25:49 trusted. Now the ratio of silver
25:51 will be trusted, 52.5 tolas of silver.
25:53 So, because the value of 52.5 tolas of silver
25:55 is less nowadays,
25:57 4 tolas of gold is a far cry,
25:59 1 tola of gold is also more than that.
26:01 So, in this form,
26:03 zakat is necessary.
26:05 So, these are two forms.
26:07 We had discussed both forms in that program.
26:09 Now, we have told you both forms again
26:11 that you can see in the light of this.
26:13 The rest, you asked that this is only this
26:15 and nothing else, then zakat is not necessary.
26:17 Because if it is only gold,
26:19 then the ratio of gold is 7.5 tolas.
26:21 But if you have any other commodity,
26:23 then the ratio of gold does not count.
26:25 Then in this form,
26:27 the ratio of silver is counted.
26:29 And according to the ratio of silver,
26:31 zakat is made on this.
26:33 Then zakat has to be given.
26:35 We have a caller with us.
26:37 Assalamu Alaikum.
26:39 Walaikum Assalam.
26:41 I have two questions.
26:43 First question is that
26:45 hair transplant is done
26:47 due to which the blood is frozen.
26:49 So, will ablution be done on that
26:51 and can we do ablution by putting a cap?
26:53 Ok.
26:55 Ladies and gentlemen,
26:57 a short break time has been taken here.
26:59 We were discussing the last point
27:01 that if there is 4 tolas of gold,
27:03 then what will be the ratio of zakat
27:05 in this form?
27:07 What is the order for this?
27:09 So, two forms are made of this.
27:11 We have discussed both forms.
27:13 Now we have a caller with us.
27:15 Assalamu Alaikum.
27:17 Walaikum Assalam.
27:19 How are you?
27:21 May Allah bless you.
27:23 Yes, son, tell me.
27:25 I wanted to say that
27:27 if the farmer is free,
27:29 can we offer Salat or not?
27:31 Ok, let me tell you.
27:33 We have one more caller with us.
27:39 Assalamu Alaikum.
27:41 Assalamu Alaikum.
27:43 Walaikum Assalam.
27:45 Yes, tell me.
27:47 My question is that
27:49 I have approximately 1.5 tolas of gold.
27:51 Yes.
27:53 So, I have one flat
27:55 and one flat is not there.
27:57 Is zakat made of it?
27:59 Yes, I will tell you.
28:01 Ok.
28:03 So, let us include her first.
28:05 Because I was telling you
28:07 that zakat is related to 4 tolas of gold.
28:09 So, let us include her question first
28:11 and then we will come to the rest of the questions.
28:13 The sister is asking
28:15 that she has 1.5 tolas of gold
28:17 and she has a plot.
28:19 She does not have money.
28:21 So, is zakat made of it or not?
28:23 No, it is not.
28:25 Zakat is made when
28:27 it is bought with the intention of trade.
28:29 To buy with the intention of trade means
28:31 that you bought it to sell.
28:33 When you will get a good price,
28:35 you will sell it or you will sell it.
28:37 You bought the plot with this intention
28:39 and this intention is permanent.
28:41 So, the plot will be made of zakat
28:43 because it is a commodity.
28:45 Otherwise, it is made on the property
28:47 and on the land.
28:49 If you do not have the intention of selling
28:51 or you had the intention of selling
28:53 but now you do not have it.
28:55 Now, the intention is over.
28:57 Now, I will keep it with me or I will give it on rent.
28:59 In this case, this plot is not counted
29:01 as a commodity of zakat.
29:03 Now, if you do not have any money
29:05 and you have only this plot
29:07 and 1.5 tolas of gold
29:09 and if you do not have the plot as a commodity
29:11 and you did not buy it with the intention of selling
29:13 then zakat is not necessary for you
29:15 because you have only gold
29:17 out of the zakat money
29:19 and you do not have the gold balance.
29:21 So, zakat is not necessary for you.
29:23 But if you bought this plot
29:25 with the intention of selling
29:27 and the intention of selling is permanent
29:29 then it is a commodity of trade
29:31 and in this case, it is also counted as a commodity.
29:33 In this case, according to 52.5 tolas of silver
29:35 zakat is made for you.
29:37 Zakat is necessary.
29:39 I have explained both the cases in detail.
29:41 Now, you can see in its light
29:43 that which one is made for you.
29:45 Then a sister asked a question
29:47 about the method of ear massage.
29:49 Ear massage is a very simple method
29:51 according to which people do it
29:53 that the massage is done
29:55 by moving the fingers
29:57 behind the ear
29:59 and this is the method of ear massage.
30:01 This is the method of ear massage.
30:03 Almost everyone knows this
30:05 and people do it according to this.
30:07 Then a sister asked us
30:09 that sometimes we go to a gathering
30:11 or a Quran khani
30:13 or a gathering
30:15 and the Quran khani is being recited
30:17 and the whole Quran is being recited.
30:19 Some people know that
30:21 the recitation of the Ayat-e-Sajida
30:23 is obligatory
30:25 and they do the recitation of the Sajida
30:27 but there are many people
30:29 who do not know
30:31 but they do not do the recitation of the Sajida.
30:33 Is it possible
30:35 that we do the recitation of the Sajida
30:37 from all of them
30:39 that we come back home
30:41 and recite 14 Sajidas
30:43 and we do the recitation of the Sajida.
30:45 In this case,
30:47 the body worship
30:49 is not obligatory
30:51 and you cannot do this worship
30:53 from anyone.
30:55 Namaz or Raza
30:57 is a body worship
30:59 and the recitation of the Sajida
31:01 is a body worship.
31:03 So, the body worship
31:05 cannot be done from anyone
31:07 and it is not obligatory.
31:09 Hajj is a body worship
31:11 and it is a group of worship.
31:13 Hajj is a body worship
31:15 and it is easy to do the body worship.
31:17 The concept of body worship
31:19 is there in the special Surahs.
31:21 But in Namaz, Raza and Sajida
31:23 there is no concept of body worship.
31:25 You can only do the recitation of the Sajida
31:27 from yourself.
31:29 You cannot do the recitation of the Sajida
31:31 from anyone else
31:33 who has read the Ayat-e-Sajida
31:35 or has heard the Ayat-e-Sajida.
31:37 The recitation of the Sajida
31:39 is obligatory.
31:41 If you do not do it yourself,
31:43 then the object of the Sajida
31:45 will not be fulfilled.
31:47 If you do not do it,
31:49 then you will be a sinner.
31:51 The time is different.
31:53 There is no concept of Qadha in the Sajida.
31:55 You can do the Sajida at that time.
31:57 But in life, whenever the Sajida
31:59 will be recited, it will be done.
32:01 According to Muftah-e-Bihi,
32:03 the object of the Sajida
32:05 is not 'al-al-fawr'.
32:07 It is 'al-al-fawr'.
32:09 Whenever you do it in life,
32:11 it will be fulfilled.
32:13 My brother asked
32:15 how is the job in an insurance company?
32:17 Since it is not permissible
32:19 to do insurance by yourself,
32:21 there is no permission
32:23 to do such a job in an insurance company
32:25 in which there is a requirement
32:27 of support in illegal activities.
32:29 It is strictly forbidden in the Quran
32:31 to do illegal activities
32:33 with the support of Ism and Udwan.
32:35 It is strictly forbidden
32:37 to help in the activities
32:39 of evil and sin.
32:41 Hence, there is no job
32:43 in an insurance company
32:45 which can be supported
32:47 and can be helped.
32:49 You cannot do that job.
32:51 Then, a sister asked
32:53 if we listen to the Sajida on TV,
32:55 then will the Sajida
32:57 be necessary or not?
32:59 One is to listen to it live
33:01 and another is to listen to it
33:03 on a recording.
33:05 There is a difference
33:07 between listening to it live
33:09 and listening to it on a recording.
33:11 Scholars who say that
33:13 it is not under the command of
33:15 Baaz Gashd,
33:17 according to them,
33:19 the Sajida is necessary.
33:21 Scholars who say that
33:23 it is under the command of
33:25 Baaz Gashd,
33:27 according to them,
33:29 the Sajida is not necessary.
33:31 If you have listened to the Sajida,
33:33 then you should perform the Sajida
33:35 so that you will be rewarded.
33:37 So, be careful in your worship.
33:39 In this case, the Sajida should be performed.
33:41 Whether it is necessary or not,
33:43 that is a different matter.
33:45 But there is no difference in the command
33:47 of whether you can perform the Sajida or not.
33:49 So, no scholar said that
33:51 if you have listened to the Sajida,
33:53 then it is not permissible to perform the Sajida.
33:55 They also agree that it is permissible.
33:57 So, there is a difference in the command
33:59 of whether you can perform the Sajida
34:01 or not.
34:03 So, it is better to perform the Sajida
34:05 to avoid the disagreement of the scholars.
34:07 Then a sister asked a question
34:09 that if someone tells his wife
34:11 that if you have ever given
34:13 money to someone,
34:15 then divorce is from me.
34:17 So, what is the command of this?
34:19 The command is that divorce is
34:21 stipulated in this way.
34:23 Whenever you give money to someone,
34:25 then the divorce will be executed.
34:27 This is not executed immediately,
34:29 but it is a form of a compulsion.
34:31 That is, divorce has been stipulated.
34:33 So, whenever that work will be found,
34:35 then divorce will be executed.
34:37 If you want to avoid divorce,
34:39 then you should not do this work.
34:41 But such things should not be done.
34:43 Divorce should not be stipulated
34:45 on every matter. Husbands should also be careful
34:47 about this.
34:49 Then a brother asked this question
34:51 that if some drops of urine
34:53 come out while praying,
34:55 then it leads to prayer.
34:57 But, sir, prayer is not done at all.
34:59 As we told you in the previous episode
35:01 of Navaakeje Vudhu,
35:03 we told you that if any impurity
35:05 comes out from the urine
35:07 or from the urethra,
35:09 then the prayer is broken.
35:11 So, if a drop of urine
35:13 comes out, then it is impurity.
35:15 As soon as the impurity comes out,
35:17 your prayer is broken.
35:19 Prayer will be done only when
35:21 the vudhu is broken.
35:23 So, it is necessary for you
35:25 to perform vudhu,
35:27 clean the cloth and then pray.
35:29 Then a sister asked this question
35:31 that I am disabled
35:33 and what is the command
35:35 of prayer for disabled people?
35:37 So, for disabled people,
35:39 the command of Shari Mazoor
35:41 is that for one prayer,
35:43 the vudhu does not break
35:45 due to the reason
35:47 for which he is disabled.
35:49 For example,
35:51 if impurity is coming out
35:53 from the urine or the urethra,
35:55 then only that is coming out.
35:57 And there is not enough time
35:59 for one prayer to be performed.
36:01 Only one prayer can be performed.
36:03 There is not enough time.
36:05 This is called Shari Mazoor.
36:07 So, the command of Shari Mazoor
36:09 is that one prayer of that vudhu
36:11 can be performed.
36:13 That is, from that vudhu,
36:15 from the impurity,
36:17 the vudhu can be broken.
36:19 Then, the vudhu will not break
36:21 due to the reason for which
36:23 he is disabled.
36:25 His prayer will be performed.
36:27 But as soon as the time of that prayer
36:29 is over, the vudhu will break.
36:31 Now, the vudhu will have to be performed
36:33 separately for the second prayer.
36:35 So, this is the command.
36:37 A brother asked this question.
36:39 Last time he asked.
36:41 He could not explain his point completely.
36:43 He asked that there is a problem
36:45 in the foot of my wife.
36:47 Now, he is going to Umrah.
36:49 In this case, he will have to
36:51 wear shoes all the time.
36:53 Because there are holy places,
36:55 Kaaba, Masjid-ul-Haram,
36:57 Masjid-an-Nabawi Sharif.
36:59 So, is it permissible to go to Masjid-an-Nabawi
37:01 Sharif with shoes?
37:03 See, the conditions of the vudhu
37:05 are always exceptional.
37:07 If they have any vudhu,
37:09 they cannot walk without it.
37:11 The doctor said that it will be painful.
