00:00The work of this messiah, the women of the religion,
00:07how good is this chain of religion and women.
00:16I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan.
00:19In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
00:22All praise is due to Allah, Who has guided us to this,
00:25and we would not have been guided
00:28without the guidance of Allah.
00:30All praise is due to Allah, Who has guided us to this,
00:36and we would not have been guided
00:39without the guidance of Allah.
00:42All praises are due to the Beloved of Allah,
00:45the Master of the Prophets, the Imam of the Prophets,
00:48the Master of the Universe, peace and blessings be upon him.
00:54In the last few episodes, our topic of discussion
00:59is the commandments of the oath.
01:02We are learning the religion.
01:04The religion is being taught.
01:06All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds.
01:08The oath, which in Arabic is called Yameen,
01:11which means to confirm the thing with the future
01:18and with the mention of a certain thing.
01:21The teachings of Allah and His Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him,
01:26are that the oath that can be taken
01:31will be only in the Shari'ah of Allah, the Exalted,
01:36and it will also be confirmed.
01:38Other than Allah, the Exalted,
01:40if you are taking the oath of someone other than Allah,
01:44then it will not be confirmed in the Shari'ah,
01:47nor will it be confirmed.
01:48For the sake of your mother, father, husband, children,
01:51for the sake of your head, for the sake of me, for the sake of your friend,
01:54it will not be taken in the Shari'ah.
01:58This is what we talked about.
02:00Then we talked about that the one who believes in the Quran and Hadith,
02:05who is a wise and mature Muslim,
02:07while taking the oath or eating it,
02:10he should be careful, he should become conscious.
02:13Discussion is an art, it is an art.
02:16He will have to learn.
02:17Think before you speak.
02:20Taking an oath on certain things is not in the Shari'ah.
02:24This is a true oath.
02:26Now, if someone is taking a false oath,
02:29that is, in the past or present,
02:31he is taking an oath for something,
02:35or is taking it,
02:36which is not really there,
02:39then such a warning has been mentioned.
02:42May Allah the Exalted protect us all from false oaths
02:46and make use of our tongue.
02:49May Allah the Exalted protect them on the Day of Resurrection.
02:54He will not show mercy.
02:56Think how great a deprivation it is.
02:58And you can guess its severity from this.
03:00It is a matter of great deprivation.
03:02I pray to Allah the Exalted that
03:04may He teach us all how to speak, O Lord.
03:07Because we are women,
03:09we are all women,
03:11we are doing religion and women,
03:12so we will also pray for ourselves,
03:14that may Allah the Exalted make us good mothers,
03:16and we can raise our children well.
03:20We are starting today's program.
03:22And today, the sisters who are present with me,
03:25for the guidance of all of us,
03:27Mashallah,
03:28both of them speak well with the arguments of the Quran and Hadith.
03:33Scholar Sobia Shakir and Scholar Sadaf Parveen,
03:37Salam.
03:39Assalamu Alaikum.
03:40Walaikum Salam.
03:41How are you both?
03:43Walaikum Salam.
03:44Welcome both of you.
03:46Sir, you are an integral part of our program.
03:51Mashallah,
03:52you are a source of blessings,
03:53a source of blessings,
03:54and we are all blessed.
03:57And I pray that whether I live or not,
04:01may we all be blessed by you.
04:04Because Mashallah,
04:05you are our mentor.
04:06We learn to speak from you.
04:08Our pronunciation is also getting better.
04:09We are learning Arabic.
04:10We are learning religion, basically.
04:12May Allah support you.
04:14Sheikh of Hadith,
04:15Mufti Muhammad Ahsan Naveed Khan Niazi,
04:18son-in-law of Fuyud.
04:19Assalamu Alaikum.
04:20Walaikum Salam.
04:23How are you?
04:24All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds.
04:26May Allah keep you safe.
04:28If you allow me,
04:29may I start the questions?
04:30In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
04:32Jazakumullah.
04:33Assalamu Alaikum.
04:34I will listen to you,
04:35Scholar Sobia Shakir first.
04:37And tell me,
04:39in the Holy Quran,
04:41which words have been used for Qasam?
04:44I seek refuge with Allah from Satan, the accursed.
04:46In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
04:47If we consider the word Qasam to be its general meaning,
04:50i.e. to emphasize and glorify,
04:53then in the Holy Quran,
04:54the words that are mentioned as Qasam,
04:57there are two types of them.
04:59The one whose details are not much,
05:00I would like to tell you first,
05:01those are non-explicit and general words.
05:04About them,
05:06the common and well-known words of Qasam,
05:09are not used.
05:11Rather, the subject of the word is Qalam.
05:13Through that, Qasam is recognized.
05:15Now, this is not such an easy task.
05:17Therefore,
05:18for its research, search and investigation,
05:20a lot,
05:21i.e. for its understanding,
05:22we need all these things,
05:23research, search and investigation.
05:26As far as it is mentioned,
05:27the words that are present explicitly,
05:29which are called explicit and explicit words,
05:32these words are of three types.
05:35There are three types of words of Qasam.
05:36Harf, Ism and Fain.
05:38So, three types of words are present in the Holy Quran
05:40for Qasam.
05:42If we talk about the letters,
05:44then Ba, Ta and Wau,
05:45from which Wau has been used extensively.
05:47Wal-Fajri,
05:48Wal-Doha,
05:49Wal-Layli,
05:50and so on.
05:51Many words have been used in it.
05:53Especially,
05:54in the 30th part of the Holy Quran,
05:57we get a lot of words of Qasam.
05:59Apart from this,
06:00if we talk about the Ism,
06:02in which the words of Yameen,
06:04Yumn and Aiman
06:06are used as Asma,
06:08and similarly,
06:09the word of Amr
06:11is also used as Ism.
06:13If we talk about Yameen,
06:14Aiman and so on,
06:16then it has been used in the Holy Quran
06:18as Mufrat as well.
06:20It has also been used as Jama.
06:22It has also been used as Tawdeel.
06:24It has also been used as Mufool.
06:26And the words used for Qasam
06:28have mostly been used with the word Aiman.
06:30It has been used 5 times in the Holy Quran.
06:32Apart from this,
06:34if we look at the word Amr,
06:36it has only been used once in the Holy Quran,
06:38when Allah, the Almighty,
06:40has mentioned the Qasam of
06:42the Prophet of Allah.
06:44The word of Laamra has been used
06:46and it has been used only once.
06:48If we talk about the words of Afaal,
06:50then the words of Qasam,
06:52Half and Alisha
06:54have been used.
06:56If we look at the word Qasam,
06:58it has been used 33 times
07:00in the Holy Quran.
07:02Most of the times,
07:04it has been used in the meaning of Qasam.
07:06If we talk about the word Half,
07:08it has been used in 13 places
07:10in the Holy Quran.
07:12It has been used for Qasam in all places.
07:14In one place, it has been used as Mubalighah.
07:16In this verse,
07:18it has been used as Mubalighah.
07:22If we talk about the word Aliyah,
07:24this word has also been used
07:26in the meaning of Aliyah.
07:28It has been used twice.
07:30It may be difficult to talk about it.
07:32It may not be of the interest of the public.
07:34But this was an investigative thing.
07:36The question was good.
07:38It was fun to search for it.
07:40May Allah give us the opportunity to search for it.
07:42May Allah give it to the sisters too.
07:44Those who have spent 100 rupees,
07:46they should open the Holy Quran
07:48and take out the words.
07:50You will understand.
07:52Allah gives blessings.
07:54I will come to you in a while.
07:56Alima Sadaf Parveen,
07:58after Subia,
08:00please tell me,
08:02what are the things
08:04that Allah has said about Qasam?
08:06I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan.
08:08In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.
08:10In this regard,
08:12the commentators say that
08:14the things that Allah has said about Qasam
08:16in the Holy Quran,
08:18those things are included
08:20which clearly show
08:22the benefits of Qasam.
08:24Or those things
08:26which have a lot of benefits.
08:28Or those things
08:30that if a person thinks about
08:32then his mind
08:34moves towards
08:36the oneness of Allah.
08:38And
08:40actually,
08:42what is meant by Qasam?
08:44The answer of Qasam,
08:46its greatness,
08:48its honour,
08:50similarly,
08:52the connection between Qasam and
08:54the answer of Qasam,
08:56is meant to be explained.
08:58Then if we go into
09:00more detail,
09:02then we see that
09:04the things of Qasam
09:06that Allah has said,
09:08those things are also
09:10visible and felt.
09:12Which we can see,
09:14which we can feel.
09:16In which,
09:18there are universes like
09:20moon, sun, stars,
09:22earth, sky.
09:24Similarly, Allah has also
09:26said about those things
09:28which we can't see.
09:30For example, there are angels,
09:32there are winds, Allah has said about them.
09:34Similarly, Allah has said about Qayamat.
09:36Similarly, Allah has said about
09:38Nafs-e-Lawwama.
09:40And if we see
09:42in other places,
09:44Allah has said about
09:46Hayat-e-Tayyeba.
09:48In Surah-ul-Hijr.
09:50And in one place,
09:52Allah has said about
09:54being a witness and a witness
09:56for all the Ummah of the Prophet.
09:58Similarly, when we see
10:00in the Holy Quran,
10:02Allah has said about
10:04the Prophet.
10:06Similarly, the special
10:08places of worship,
10:10special times,
10:12like Fajr,
10:14Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, F
10:44Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, F
11:14Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, F
11:44Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, Fajr, F
12:14Muqsam alayi is to swear an oath and then say it.
12:18This is called the answer to the oath.
12:23And the letters of the oath are used for the oath.
12:27There are four letters used for the oath.
12:30Ba, Wa, Ta, Laam.
12:32In Arabic, when we say it in Urdu, it is Ba, Wa, Ta, Laam.
12:36So these four letters are used in Arabic.
12:38Sometimes, a part of these letters is omitted.
12:43It is not necessary that all these parts are present everywhere.
12:47Sometimes, the letters are omitted without the letters of the oath.
12:51Now, when we look at the Quran, Furqan-e-Hameed, Burhan-e-Rashid,
12:55the oaths that Allah Almighty has given,
13:00in all of them, we see that the Muqsam-e-Bihi
13:03all of them are directed towards Allah.
13:06Because when we look at all the oaths in depth,
13:10sometimes, it is the oath of Allah Almighty.
13:15Sometimes, it is the oath of Allah's words.
13:18Sometimes, it is the oath of Allah's actions.
13:21And sometimes, it is the oath of Allah's actions.
13:25So, the oaths in the Quran that are related to other things,
13:29because they are the creation of Allah,
13:31they are the actions of Allah,
13:33the actions that have happened in the world of Allah,
13:35as a result of which they have come into existence,
13:37those oaths, in reality, are directed towards Allah.
13:41So, all the oaths in the Quran,
13:44in their true sense, are directed towards Allah.
13:47Sometimes, it is the oath of Allah's being.
13:49Sometimes, it is the oath of Allah's words.
13:51Sometimes, it is the oath of Allah's actions.
13:53And sometimes, it is the oath of Allah's actions.
13:56Then, these oaths,
13:58through these oaths, what is being said,
14:00the real importance lies in that.
14:02The oaths that have been given,
14:05those things also have their importance.
14:07There is no denying that.
14:08If someone pays attention to them,
14:10then all those things,
14:11what is the matter of Allah's being,
14:13what is the matter of Allah's words,
14:14what is the matter of Allah's actions,
14:16where I am talking about the oath of Allah,
14:18where the oath of Allah is the oath of the oath of other creatures,
14:22wherever it is about any creature,
14:24if a person pays close attention to it,
14:27then the scientific miracle of the Quran will be revealed to him.
14:32The way in which the Holy Quran has elaborated it,
14:35if he goes deep into it,
14:36then he will come to know the oath of what it is,
14:38and why Allah the Almighty has revealed it.
14:41The benefits of it,
14:43and the importance of it in human life,
14:46the benefits that humans take from it,
14:50and the way in which it is connected to the creator of the universe.
14:54The people will see all these things in it,
14:57and the person will say,
14:58Subhanallah.
15:01Rabbana maa khalaqta haadha baatila.
15:04O our Lord, You have not created it false,
15:08You have not created it useless.
15:09Whatever creation a person thinks of,
15:11especially the one where it has been mentioned in the Quran.
15:15The second thing,
15:16what is the real thing in the real oath?
15:18The answer to the oath,
15:20which is the oath of Allah.
15:22The oath that is being said after the oath,
15:25for which the oath has been remembered,
15:28the oath has been mentioned,
15:29the importance of it is that Allah the Almighty is saying it with an oath.
15:35So, we have to pay attention to that too.
15:37When we look at the entire Quran,
15:40we see three types of answers to the oath.
15:44The principles.
15:45If we look at the principles,
15:46then after the oath,
15:48Allah the Almighty's oneness will be mentioned,
15:51Allah's attributes will be mentioned,
15:53the intention will be to establish the belief of oneness in the heart,
15:57that will be mentioned.
15:58Somewhere it will be the mention of the Holy Prophet,
16:03of the Prophet, of the Prophet, of the Messenger,
16:05that this is the truth.
16:06The truth of prophethood and prophethood will be mentioned.
16:09The truth of the Book of Allah will be mentioned.
16:11And somewhere it will be the mention of the battlefield,
16:14that the Day of Judgment is the truth,
16:15all people have to be gathered,
16:17there will be a gathering on the Day of Judgment.
16:19So, basically, the answer to the oath,
16:21except for the verses with the letters,
16:24the beginning of these Surahs is with the letters,
16:27and the rest of the Surahs are with the verses.
16:30So, after the verses, the basic theme is in these three things.
16:35If we look at the rest of the Surahs,
16:37they are also directed towards these three things.
16:40So, somewhere it will be the mention of one of these three things,
16:44and somewhere it will not be the mention of that thing,
16:46but the thing that has been mentioned is one of these things.
16:50It is one of these things.
16:52So, basically, the answers to the oath,
16:54wherever they are in the Quran,
16:57if we classify them,
16:59they act according to these three principles.
17:02These three principles are the basic principles,
17:03the mention of the oneness of God,
17:06the mention of the doctrine of Tauheed,
17:07the mention of God's attributes,
17:09the second is the mention of the truth of the Prophethood,
17:12the truth of the Prophet,
17:14the mention of the blessing of the Book of Allah,
17:16the third is the mention of the Day of Judgment.
17:18And our doctrine is also similar.
17:20Our entire doctrine, the Ilm ul-Kalam,
17:23is also divided into three parts.
17:25One part is called divinity, which is related to Allah and his attributes.
17:30The other part is called prophethood, which is related to prophets.
17:34The third part is called time, which is related to time and the unseen.
17:38It includes the day of judgement, the day of judgement, the day of judgement
17:42and its other related matters.
17:45I said this to clarify that through these categories
17:49our attention is directed towards the importance of that matter.
17:54So, when we read and study this, we have to understand its importance
18:00and then we have to focus on its answers.
18:04And where it is related to views, thoughts and beliefs,
18:09we have to align that belief with our future and correct it.
18:14And where it is related to deeds, actions and good deeds,
18:19we have to correct our actions.
18:21So, we have to beware of thoughts and actions
18:25and we have to beware of deeds and actions.
18:29And we have to align ourselves with the Qur'an
18:34in a strong way.
18:36We have to align ourselves with the Qur'an and the Holy Qur'an.
18:42So, we should turn to the Qur'an.
18:44The purpose of asking such questions is to get information about the Qur'an
18:52and to clarify the importance of the Qur'an
18:56and to draw our hearts towards the Qur'an.
18:59MashaAllah, SubhanAllah. May Allah keep you safe.
19:03I would like to ask you a question.
19:05I am a scholar, Shabia Shakir.
19:06It is said that there is a concept in the public
19:12that the first one to take a false oath is Satan.
19:17What is your opinion on this?
19:21The details of this incident are that when Allah said,
19:25Inni ja'a'ilun pil ahudhi khalifah,
19:28then Satan began to have problems.
19:30And when Allah gave birth to Adam and gave him knowledge,
19:35and He made him manifest, and the angels were commanded to prostrate,
19:39then Satan disobeyed that command.
19:42Now, the enmity of Satan began with Adam.
19:47On the other hand, Allah blessed Adam with the honor of saying,
19:53You and your wife should live in paradise and eat whatever you want from here.
19:58But He said,
19:59wa la taqraba haadihi shajarata fatakuna mina zalimeen.
20:02Do not go near this tree, or you will be among the losers.
20:09So, after that, when Satan found out that such a matter had been stopped by Adam,
20:16he began to plan how to get Adam to do what Allah had forbidden.
20:24So, he thought that with such things, Adam would not be under his control.
20:29So, he swore to Allah that if you eat from this tree,
20:35then you will always be in paradise.
20:38When Adam thought about this,
20:41he realized that no one can lie in the name of Allah.
20:45So, he said,
20:46Surely, this man is truthful, and he said,
20:49I am among the losers, and I want your reformation.
20:52So, he did not pay attention to what Allah had said,
20:55wa la taqraba haadihi shajarata.
20:57And he made a mistake, and he was forced to eat from that tree.
21:03And then Satan was successful in his plan.
21:05But in reality, it was Allah's will that Adam would eat from that tree,
21:10and then he would be sent to the world,
21:12and here the human race would spread from him.
21:14And in this way, Allah Almighty said,
21:17ja'ilun fil ardi khalifah.
21:19Yes, that is true.
21:21Absolutely, it was fulfilled.
21:23Sir, the one who is taking a false oath,
21:27whether he is taking it or not,
21:29So, now, what are the worldly and other losses?
21:34What can they be?
21:36We will know after this break.
21:37Keep your lips and your tongues clean.
21:42In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
21:44Peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.
21:46You are watching Deen and Khawateen with Zarra-e-Inacheez.
21:51We are learning the rules of the oath.
21:54And basically, the purpose of this program is
21:56to make all the sisters aware of the basic teachings of the Holy Quran.
22:05And if you miss any episode,
22:09because we do continuous programs, Alhamdulillah,
22:12then you can visit our official YouTube channel,
22:16RYQ TV, type on your gadgets, open our website,
22:21and whatever program you want to watch,
22:23it has a full playlist, go to that program,
22:26and all its episodes,
22:27and especially, if you want to watch a topic, type on that,
22:31then that topic will come, its programs will come,
22:35sometimes four programs, sometimes five programs are done,
22:38sometimes more than this.
22:40So, sir, this practice of learning and teaching should be continuous.
22:43May Allah enable us all to understand the religion and follow it.
22:50Today, we are talking about the rules of the oath.
22:52The scholars are with us, before the break.
22:55Ulema Sadaf Parveen, I had asked you a question, dear sister,
22:59that the false oath that is being taken,
23:03that is, we have already talked about its definition,
23:06or the meaning of it,
23:08what are its worldly and other disadvantages?
23:11In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
23:12If we study the Holy Quran,
23:14then Allah Almighty has forbidden to mention
23:18the true oaths in abundance.
23:21Do not make the holy person of Allah a target of your oaths.
23:30So, when it is the state of true oaths,
23:32that it is forbidden to make them in abundance,
23:35then when an oath is connected to a sin and a forbidden attribute,
23:41then what will be the state of its destruction?
23:43This is such a sin attribute.
23:45And then, when someone takes false oaths,
23:47if we look at its worldly disadvantages,
23:50then it may work once or twice,
23:52but when this person becomes clear in front of people,
23:57people recognize him as a false person,
23:59that he is going to take false oaths,
24:00then what is the result of that?
24:02The trust and trust of such a person is destroyed.
24:06It is completely destroyed in the eyes of people.
24:08Its importance, its value,
24:11the dignity of a believer should be lost.
24:14Now, for example, at some point,
24:16if he takes a true oath of something,
24:18then people will not trust him at all,
24:21because he has already lost his trust.
24:23The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
24:26said about false oaths,
24:28that a false oath sells the goods,
24:31but what happens with that,
24:32that the blessing is destroyed.
24:36Now, this blessing is destroyed.
24:37In the commentary of this, Shah Rahim-e-Kiram, he has said,
24:40that the deal or business that he has for the future,
24:44it is closed.
24:45Or what will happen, that the deal he had made,
24:48he has to face a loss from it,
24:50that he cheated and sold the goods.
24:52Cheating and selling goods is a different sin.
24:55For example, he took a false oath and sold it.
24:57So, what is this cheating?
24:58The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said,
24:59that whoever cheats someone, he is not from us.
25:06So, now see, he is taking a false oath and selling the goods.
25:11So, the one who bought it, once he will be cheated.
25:14Now, he will not go to his shop again.
25:16And he will also refuse others.
25:17So, what is this, his blessing is also revealed from here.
25:20Then, the goods he has acquired, what is this?
25:22It is Haram goods.
25:23Allah Almighty has forbidden,
25:24that do not eat the goods that are among you in a false way.
25:30So, now when this Haram goods will go into someone's body,
25:32his more sins, what are they?
25:35They will be revealed.
25:36And the meaning of the Hadith of the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
25:39is that a person will be presented to Allah Almighty on the Day of Judgment.
25:44So, Allah Almighty will issue an order for him,
25:46that put him in Hell.
25:48So, he will say, why is this matter being done to me?
25:51What crime is this punishment for?
25:53Allah Almighty will say,
25:54to spend his time in prayer and to take false oaths in my name.
25:59So, this punishment has been stated for him.
26:01Hazrat Abu Zar Ghaffari, may Allah be pleased with him, states,
26:04that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said,
26:06that there are three persons,
26:07that Allah Almighty will not speak to them,
26:11nor will He show mercy to them,
26:13nor will He purify them.
26:15And there is a severe punishment for them.
26:18So, Hazrat Abu Zar Ghaffari stated,
26:20that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
26:21has been destroyed.
26:23Who are those people?
26:24Allah Almighty said, that there are three persons.
26:27One is the one,
26:29who drags the person,
26:32who drags the person,
26:35the one who drags the person with arrogance.
26:38And the second is the one, who shows kindness.
26:40And the third is the one, who takes false oaths.
26:42Similarly, in a Hadith,
26:44there is a narration of the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
26:46that the one, who takes a false oath,
26:50and in that, like a mosquito's feather,
26:52if someone makes an amazish of a lie,
26:54then Allah Almighty will put a black dot on his heart,
26:57which will remain intact till the Day of Judgment.
27:00So, these are such great promises,
27:01which have been stated about false oaths.
27:04In another narration, it is also mentioned,
27:06that the one, who, through a false oath,
27:08will take the property of a Muslim.
27:10So, Allah Almighty,
27:12will make Hell, obligatory on him,
27:14and will make Heaven, forbidden.
27:16So, these are such great promises.
27:18May Allah Almighty,
27:19grant us the opportunity to take false oaths,
27:23and always be able to object to false oaths.
27:26Sir, this is a sensitive issue,
27:28and it is so serious,
27:30you can imagine, I will tell you.
27:33And there is also a concept in Awam-un-Nas,
27:36that the one, who is being taken false oaths of a non-believer,
27:39and the one, who is being taken false oaths of,
27:40people think, it will be bad for him,
27:42he will take a loss,
27:44if he does not fulfill his promise.
27:45Or, why did you take false oaths of me,
27:46why are you being taken false oaths of me?
27:47Take false oaths of yourself.
27:48Such friends are also saying this.
27:50So, how is Indus Shara?
27:52Indus Shara, its status is nothing but a lie.
27:55Because, there is no such thing.
27:57You also said in the intro,
27:58that it has been mentioned in the Makabal program.
28:01So, we are related to Allah Almighty's personality and attributes.
28:05That is, we are related to Him.
28:07And, when we take oaths of a creature,
28:10there is no such thing, that it can be taken as an official oath.
28:14Now, these are people's delusions,
28:16that they make something special with something,
28:18and take a bad omen from it,
28:20which is not liked in Shariah.
28:22So, we should avoid this.
28:23And, this is completely contrary to Mominana Waqar.
28:26Our Shariah says, that a Momin is honest, clean, pure,
28:30and absolutely honest.
28:32But, here the matter is,
28:34that whatever we have heard from the surroundings,
28:36we have included it in our affairs,
28:37we have told it to others, and we have made them believe it.
28:40And, this is how a process goes on,
28:42and there is no reality to it.
28:44Yes.
28:44May Allah Almighty enable us to avoid all these things.
28:47Allahumma Ameena.
28:48Look, we are getting a shock.
28:50I don't know where we are hearing from.
28:52Huzoor, please guide us in this regard.
28:55With regards to false oaths,
28:57that there will be a loss, if someone takes a false oath.
29:01First of all, understand that taking a false oath is a grave sin.
29:05This is a grave sin, not a minor sin.
29:07It is a grave sin.
29:08And, this is proven by Hadith Tayyibah,
29:11that this is not the saying of the Ulema,
29:13nor is it the opinion of any Imam.
29:14This is proven by the authentic Hadith,
29:16which is the authentic Hadith of Bukhari,
29:18in which false oaths have been declared a grave sin.
29:20So, taking a false oath is a grave sin.
29:23Out of the few major grave sins in Islam,
29:26taking a false oath is one of them.
29:28And, how grave are the sins,
29:30this person should have an understanding of it.
29:33So, the sin of taking a false oath,
29:36will be revealed in the hereafter.
29:38If a person has not repented,
29:40then the sin of taking a false oath,
29:41will be revealed in this world as well.
29:43And, if a person is caught up in various problems,
29:46then one of the reasons for this is the sin of taking a false oath.
29:52And, generally, a person who speaks a lie,
29:54also takes a false oath.
29:57It is not that he takes a false oath once.
30:00In fact, it is his habit.
30:02He is used to taking false oaths.
30:04So, it is not a grave sin,
30:06but he is repeatedly taking a false oath.
30:08He does not even remember how many times he took a false oath.
30:10And, when he is repeatedly taking a false oath,
30:13then he is constantly involved in evil deeds.
30:17So, the effects of this are visible in his wealth,
30:20in his business, in his house.
30:25Financial matters are also affected.
30:27Financial matters are also affected.
30:30So, one should never take a false oath.
30:33And, as far as taking a false oath to sell goods is concerned,
30:36it is even worse.
30:38It is mentioned in the Hadith that,
30:40one should enter hell,
30:41and should be punished in hell,
30:43and should be deprived of heaven.
30:45This is also mentioned in the Hadith.
30:46It is a very famous Hadith of the true Muslim.
30:48Secondly, taking a false oath to sell goods,
30:52is also haram.
30:56But, is earning haram or not?
31:00There is a little detail in this.
31:01The detail is that,
31:03if a person has a business,
31:05and even after taking a false oath,
31:07he sells something,
31:09and the business itself is permissible,
31:11and it is based on halal things,
31:12then all his earnings will not be considered haram.
31:15But, the earnings that he earned by lying,
31:19the earnings that he earned in return for lying,
31:22will be considered haram.
31:24For example, if he took a false oath and said,
31:29that this thing is this much,
31:30and it was not that much,
31:31it was less than that.
31:32He said, I took it in this much,
31:34and it was less than that.
31:35So, the additional amount,
31:36will be considered haram.
31:38Because, the additional amount that he took by lying,
31:40is in return for that.
31:41So, in that case, he will be considered haram.
31:43But, he will only be considered haram,
31:45in the same situation,
31:46in which he lied,
31:47and cheated,
31:48and took that extra amount,
31:50in the same amount,
31:52he will be considered haram.
31:53In any case, it is haram for him to fail.
31:55He will be called an illegitimate or a sinner.
31:57But, in terms of wealth,
31:58in terms of earnings,
32:00the decision of haram,
32:01that the earnings will be considered haram,
32:03will be considered haram,
32:05as much as he earned from this source,
32:07by lying,
32:08or by taking a false oath.
32:10The rest,
32:11in which there is no effect of lying,
32:13or the actual value of it,
32:15or the reasonable profit that it has,
32:19that will not be considered haram.
32:21In any case,
32:22his earnings will be considered haram.
32:24But, his failure of lying,
32:26is considered haram.
32:27And, taking a false oath,
32:28is also considered haram.
32:30And, it will affect the person's wealth.
32:32You see,
32:33the Prophet, peace be upon him,
32:34has said this for an absolute oath.
32:36Not a false oath,
32:37but for an absolute oath,
32:38this is what has been said,
32:39that,
32:39مُنَفِّقَ لِلْسِلَاءِ مُمْحِقَ لِلْبَرَكَةِ
32:42That, the reward,
32:43that is, the thing,
32:44is sold,
32:44the oath,
32:45and the blessing is removed.
32:46So, if that oath,
32:48the true oath,
32:49is taken repeatedly,
32:50and the wealth is taken repeatedly,
32:52that removes the blessing of the wealth.
32:55So, the false oath,
32:56what will be the effect of that on the wealth,
32:59and what will be the blessing of that?
33:01And, usually,
33:01such people remain worried,
33:02who lie and do business,
33:05or take false oaths.
33:07So, easy come, easy go.
33:08As it comes,
33:10it also comes out.
33:11Sometimes this worry,
33:12sometimes that worry,
33:12sometimes this operation,
33:13sometimes that operation,
33:14sometimes this disease,
33:15sometimes that disease,
33:16sometimes an accident.
33:17In different things,
33:18the wealth keeps coming out,
33:20they remain worried,
33:21the heart is not at peace.
33:23The wealth of the heart is not at peace.
33:26In the previous program,
33:26a sister had called.
33:27I have to complete one thing.
33:30The heart is not at peace.
33:33So, that is why,
33:34that false oath,
33:36should be saved from lies,
33:37and should be saved from false oaths,
33:38and the true oath,
33:40should be taken at the right time.
33:42I have said many times before,
33:44that the true oath,
33:46should not be taken unnecessarily.
33:47The thing is,
33:48the oath that someone has taken,
33:50or the oath given to someone else,
33:51or the oath taken in the name of someone else,
33:53that will have an impact,
33:54as you have asked,
33:56that will have an impact,
33:57or it will not have an impact.
33:59The person is responsible for what he has done,
34:01the person is not responsible for what the other person has done.
34:03If someone has taken a false oath in your name,
34:05then it has nothing to do with him,
34:06it has nothing to do with him,
34:08it has nothing to do with you,
34:09unless you are a part of it.
34:10If you are a part of it in some way,
34:12then it has something to do with you,
34:14otherwise it has nothing to do with you.
34:16Okay, thank you very much,
34:17we don't have much time,
34:18otherwise I had to include a left over.
34:19I am very thankful.
34:21I would like to thank both of you,
34:24Mashallah,
34:25I hope you both have a good conversation.
34:28Ladies and gentlemen,
34:29thank you very much for today,
34:31that's all.
34:32May Allah accept this truth of ARYQ TV,
34:35in His court.
34:38May we all be pleased,
34:39and you all be pleased.
34:40May peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.
34:47May peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.
