00:07 We got teams right on our tail in the SEC race,
00:11 and we gotta protect home force.
00:14 We need to get it.
00:14 You know, we didn't do a great job on defensive class.
00:17 I mean, they're the number one offense
00:18 that we're going to in the country.
00:19 They got, they would end up with 52% of their misses,
00:24 so not great by us, but I did tell the team,
00:29 you know, I gave them three things.
00:30 One, we gotta try to turn them over
00:32 so that they don't get shots up.
00:34 We were okay with turning them over 14 times,
00:36 probably not quite enough.
00:37 Two is we gotta actually box out and rebound,
00:39 and we weren't great on that,
00:40 but then three, I said, like,
00:41 they don't get any points for getting an offensive rebound.
00:45 You don't get points to put the ball in the hole,
00:47 so after they get an offensive rebound,
00:48 we still gotta get a stop.
00:50 We're not gonna pitch a shutout.
00:51 I mean, they, they can even play three centers sometimes,
00:55 just go all in on the offensive class,
00:58 so, you know, after we, you know,
00:59 like, when you look at Garcia,
01:01 who's probably the best rebounder in the country,
01:03 he had eight offensive rebounds, only scored three points,
01:05 so I thought we did a decent job
01:07 after they got some rebords
01:09 of actually making sure they didn't score off those.
01:12 The 21 second chance points is a lot,
01:15 but considering how they score,
01:19 we were able to manage it.
01:20 We had 16 second chance points ourselves,
01:22 so, you know, and they, you know,
01:24 we obviously shoot the ball a little better.
01:25 I mean, we can start four guards,
01:27 and they play three centers at, you know,
01:30 multiple minutes throughout the game,
01:33 and they usually have, you know,
01:35 at least two center types,
01:38 or they call 'em power forwards, whatever they want,
01:40 but their main objective is go off,
01:42 get offensive rebounds, so, you know,
01:44 two totally different styles,
01:46 but, you know, we're fortunate we got 'em in the hole,
01:48 and we shot the ball pretty long and got the win,
01:50 'cause there's, you know,
01:51 it was a well-needed win at this point in the year.
