B and Dendritic cells in Cancer teatment
The second most important fact in fighting infections is to increase healthy white blood cell production. In most cancers and other infections, these cells get infiltrated and damaged. So ensuring a constant multiplication of new healthy white cells is vital.
In addition to those mentioned in part 1 and 2, foods that help with this are carrots, sweet potatoes, guava, strawberries, papaya and kiwi.
In particular, well ripened bananas are 8 times more effective in boosting the power of white blood cells than greener bananas.

Dendritic cells:
These are manufactured by the body in the bone marrow and found in blood, tissues and lymphoid organs. They are of vital importance to our immune system and master regulators of how our entire immune responds. And like other cells, need the right nourishment as they only live for a few days.
Yogurts and soft cheeses contain Probiotics which interact with our immune system. Being of great benefit to healthy Dendritic cells and T-cell functioning. Also adequate Vitamin E and garlic enhances the functioning of Dendritic cells, as well as many other of our bodies cells.

Imagine your cells like a new born baby in constant need of nourishment for survival. Body cells mature anywhere from 1 to 20 hours after creation. If your bodies system is lacking in the vital folic acid and other necessary ingredients during that specific time, then just like a deprived newborn baby they will not survive or at best be severely weakened.

Its therefore vital our diet contains the necessary ingrediants to assist in production and health of these and other cells.
On a final note - Avoid high consumption of artificial sweeteners especially sucralose, as this lowers T-cell activation.
