00:02 - Hi, I'm Rosie Hunt and I'm stroke C.
00:11 - Hi, I'm Mia and I'm three C.
00:14 - I'm Tilly and I'm two C.
00:15 - Hi, I'm Liv and I'm four C.
00:17 - Hi, I'm Tia and I'm the Cox.
00:19 - So, it's a younger crew this year.
00:20 You've got three year 11 rowers,
00:22 and a year 12 stroke and a year 12 Cox.
00:25 So, based on the strength of the girls last season,
00:29 it turns out that the year 11s have come through
00:32 really strong this year and made the ones by,
00:34 which is really good.
00:35 So, the year 11s are strong right across
00:36 the senior program this year.
00:37 They make up the majority of the crews across the world.
00:41 Not too many regattas so far.
00:44 They didn't race the last one.
00:45 The Devon Reels had an injury, so they didn't race it.
00:49 But all the other crews are performing really well
00:50 across their respective divisions.
00:53 It's on the back of quite a tough holiday program they did.
00:58 Come back in pretty good shape,
00:59 so yeah, they've been trained and competing well up to now.
01:03 I mean, this year it's wide open in my opinion.
01:05 Last couple of years it hasn't been.
01:07 So, the girls are really pumped because they know
01:10 anyone can win the race in the lake.
01:12 So, I think that's really driving the event.
