00:26 We started back in Term 3 in the gym, hitting the weights and hitting the ergo, getting really strong.

00:33 We've got a Senior Girls squad of 10 this season, so we've got a Girls First and Second.

00:39 These five girls have proven themselves through selections to be our strongest First,

00:52 and we're really looking forward to their performance this coming week, this coming end of the week.

00:58 We've had two regattas so far. We've raced at the Byron Regatta and the Wendaree Ballarat Regatta.
