01:23 How are you ladies and gentlemen? We meet again in my Quran Time, Quran Salat Imfaq today.
01:28 Together we are going to go to the sixth surah, Surah Al-An'am, verses 19 to 20.
01:34 On page 130 today. Together we are going to discuss Surah Makkiyah.
01:41 The first surah Makkiyah after the presence of Surah Al-Fatiha.
01:45 Followed by Surahs Madaniyah, Al-Baqarah, Ali Imran, Al-Nisa and also Surah Al-Ma'idah.
01:51 And of course, Surah Al-An'am gives great guidance for us together to tawhid Allah.
01:57 And we are going to read together with Fadhil Ustaz Tirmidhi Ali. How are you Ustaz?
02:01 Alhamdulillah, how are you? Alhamdulillah, Ustaz.
02:04 Today we are together for two more verses. And we are with the guest of invitation in the studio.
02:10 Who is today's guest, Ustaz? Alhamdulillah, we welcome you today in the studio.
02:16 The presence of Allah is full. Alhamdulillah.
02:19 First time from the Muslimat group in Masjid Tengku Ampuan Jama'ah, Bukit Jurutung.
02:26 This is the class that Ustaz always teach, right?
02:29 Yes, there is also a lecture on the Quran there. It is called the Quran Time lecture.
02:34 Oh, Insha'Allah. I haven't been there yet.
02:36 Insha'Allah, you know.
02:38 And we also welcome the presence of JDT.
02:41 Yes, that's right. Once again today, Alhamdulillah. But the cover is changed. Yesterday it was white.
02:46 Oh, it means that it has been long in the presence of Quran Time.
02:50 And we also welcome the group of Ishtiq Qamah who are always with us in the studio, at home.
02:56 Hopefully Allah will continue to give us knowledge full of wisdom.
03:00 And we continue to ask Allah with the prayer, Subhanakallah.
03:03 [Al-Quran 2:136]
03:10 We will see what is the summary of the two verses today.
03:13 In the 19th verse, page 130, we will see the explanation that Allah has made a witness to the Mushrik and the Prophet Muhammad's prophethood.
03:25 In the 20th verse, we will see the denial of the author or the people of the scripture to the Prophet Muhammad.
03:33 Let's read together the 19th and 20th verses led by Ustaz Firmizi Ali.
03:38 [Al-Quran 2:136]
04:06 Let's start with the 20th verse, Surah Al-An'am.
04:10 I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan.
04:13 Say, "What is the greatest testimony?" Say, "Allah,
04:31 the witness between me and you, and this Qur'an has been revealed to me
04:50 to warn you about it and those who have reached it.
05:01 Do you really witness that with Allah are other gods?" Say, "I do not witness."
05:27 Say, "There is only one God, and I am free from what you associate with Him."
05:55 Those to whom We have given the Scripture know it as they know their own children.
06:18 Those who have sinned against themselves will not believe.
06:35 I seek refuge with Allah.
06:36 I seek refuge with Allah.
06:37 We have read from the 19th and 20th verses,
06:40 connecting to what we have learned before from Surah Al-An'am.
06:43 The format in Surah Al-An'am for our re-study.
06:47 Allah introduces the Tawheed to Allah.
06:51 Allah introduces one statement for one statement.
06:54 Then we will meet the verses that start with the word "Kul".
06:58 For example, when Allah speaks in the 9th and 10th verses,
07:02 then the 11th verse has "Kul",
07:07 then the 12th verse has "Kul",
07:09 then Allah introduces another statement.
07:11 The 14th verse has "Kul",
07:13 then the 15th verse has "Kul",
07:15 then Allah introduces another statement.
07:17 Then we start with the 19th verse,
07:20 "Kul",
07:21 then it comes back.
07:22 Why is there "Kul" after the statement?
07:24 Allah explains about Tawheed,
07:26 the understanding of who Allah is,
07:28 who has sent down various blessings,
07:31 and one of the great blessings on this earth is Al-An'am.
07:34 One name that is given to this Surah,
07:38 which we will meet this term in the middle later.
07:41 So when Allah is given the statement of Tawheed,
07:45 taught, and informed to the Prophet and the companions,
07:49 then they are given the instruction,
07:52 "Kul",
07:53 "say",
07:54 which shows that when they realize the Tawheed of Allah,
07:58 they cannot sit still,
07:59 they have to convey,
08:01 "Kulil haqqa walau kana murra,
08:03 "say the truth even if it is bitter."
08:05 So that is what causes,
08:06 if we differentiate between Makkiyah and Madaniyah,
08:08 the Surahs that exist,
08:10 the Madaniyah Surah is full of rules,
08:12 and the Makkiyah Surah is full of faith and Tawheed.
08:16 People will say that the most difficult thing to avoid is drinking alcohol,
08:20 the most difficult thing is zakat,
08:23 hajj,
08:24 because all of that is in the Madaniyah Surah.
08:26 But for the companions,
08:27 the most difficult thing is actually where?
08:29 In Mecca or Madaniyah?
08:32 The one that is being blown is when it is in Makkiyah.
08:35 When they receive this Surah Al-An'am,
08:38 when they convey it to the people in Mecca,
08:42 that is when they are being punished,
08:44 they are being killed and so on.
08:46 Why?
08:47 Because the content in these Surahs of faith
08:50 is something that challenges the status quo,
08:53 to what is in the hearts of the Arabs in the area of Mecca.
08:57 So, what is the statement that they need to convey,
09:01 or what the Prophet conveyed after saying,
09:04 "Allah lah al-Qahir" in the 18th verse.
09:08 Allah al-Qahir means Allah is the One who is powerful,
09:11 who is superior to His servants.
09:13 His servants do strategic planning, for example,
09:16 do missions,
09:17 have visions in the company or plans for this and that.
09:22 Actually, the one who is superior,
09:24 the one who can establish that success is Allah al-Qahir,
09:28 because Allah is the Most Wise there
09:30 and Allah is the Most Knowing.
09:33 So, if we already know this,
09:35 "Qul ayyushay'in akbaru shahadah"
09:38 The Prophet was mocked by the polytheists,
09:43 they said, "Is it true that God sent you as a messenger?"
09:47 So, the Prophet was taught to say,
09:49 "Ayyushay'in akbaru shahadah"
09:52 "Which is greater, the witness?"
09:54 At least, if there is a fight,
09:57 "I don't believe you, I don't believe you."
09:59 If you don't believe, we ask Allah to be the witness.
10:02 "Which is greater, the witness?"
10:05 "Is it greater than Allah, who knows the truth?"
10:07 That is an example of how in life,
10:09 when we are in conflict with each other,
10:13 Allah teaches,
10:14 "Let Allah be the witness."
10:16 If Allah can take care of everything,
10:18 Allah can only answer to whoever Allah wants to answer,
10:22 then who dares to deceive
10:24 or try to make a fool of it,
10:27 "Let Allah solve it."
10:29 So, that is the saying that Allah taught to the Prophet,
10:33 taught to us,
10:34 so that we don't have to fight too much.
10:36 If we feel that we don't believe,
10:38 "You are.."
10:39 "So, I give to Allah,
10:41 "Which is greater, the witness?"
10:44 "The witness that witnesses the truth that is happening."
10:48 We continue after that,
10:50 how this verse became a tool to strengthen the faith of the companions,
10:55 as well as for us.
10:56 We take a break.
10:57 This is my Quran Time, Quran Salat Imfa'ah.
10:59 Inshallah.

14:29 As-salamu alaikum.
14:30 As-salamu alaikum.
14:31 We are back in my Quran Time, Quran Salat Imfa'ah.
14:33 We are all paying attention to the verses 19 to 20.
14:36 And we already understand that the word "Qul" in the Quran,
14:40 at the beginning of the verse,
14:41 is not only Allah ordering us to read,
14:44 "O Muhammad," that is the translation.
14:47 But it is a call for the Prophet to rise up,
14:49 to declare what is right for the community.
14:53 And at the same time, the companions who followed the Prophet,
14:55 who wanted to become the people of the Prophet Muhammad,
14:57 peace be upon him,
14:58 like all of us who are in the Salawat,
15:00 the more we are in the Salawat,
15:01 the more we dare to speak,
15:04 to convey the message that was conveyed by the Prophet,
15:08 1400 years ago.
15:11 And in the 19th verse,
15:13 some of the polytheists questioned the Prophet,
15:15 "Is it true that the Prophet is the message of Allah?
15:18 Is it true that Allah is the one who governs everything?"
15:22 So the Prophet was taught to say,
15:25 "Qul ayyu shay'in akbaru shahadah"
15:28 And compared to whether they can answer,
15:31 "Is it true or not?"
15:32 The Prophet himself answered, "Ulillah shahidan bayni wa baynakum"
15:36 That is, "Allah is the one who is a witness between me and you."
15:41 So when they started to use that word,
15:43 they were free.
15:46 They didn't have to continue,
15:47 "It's true, I swear."
15:49 At that time, we just surrendered to Allah.
15:52 What was our duty?
15:53 The duty of the Prophet,
15:54 when he had surrendered to Allah,
15:57 "Wa'uhya ilaiha dal quran"
16:00 We read this verse again with Ustaz Tirmizi.
16:04 Alhamdulillah, we want to go back to the 19th verse.
16:09 We have read the words "Qul" "Qul huwa Allahu akhad"
16:12 "Qul a'udhu bil shalat" and so on.
16:14 Today we know the function of "Qul" itself.
16:17 Hopefully, we will learn from this verse.
16:21 The 19th verse, right?
16:22 Yes, Ustaz.
16:23 I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan.
16:25 "Qul a'iyu shay'in akbar shahadatan"
16:34 "Qul Allahu shaheedun bayni wa baynakum"
16:45 "Wa'uhya ilaiha dal quran"
16:54 "Li'unzirakum bihi wa man balaghu"
17:06 "Wa'innakum latashhadun anna ma'Allahi alihatan ukhra"
17:23 "Qul la'ashhad"
17:30 "Qul innama huwa ilaha wahdun"
17:42 "Wa'inna fi bari'un minma tushrikun"
17:58 "Surah Al-Qur'an"
18:00 "Surah Al-Qur'an" the 19th verse tells us how the Prophet taught to those who did not support the truth.
18:09 And when it was given to us, "shay'eedun bayni wa baynakum"
18:13 The duty of the Prophet, the duty of the companions and our duty,
18:16 let's not say that it is true, I am the most righteous.
18:18 No need.
18:19 We just continue to do our job.
18:21 "Wa'uhya ilaiha dal quran"
18:23 The Prophet was sent or revealed to him, to "Quhad al-Quran"
18:29 To give a warning to you with "wa man balaghu"
18:34 This is the duty of the Messenger.
18:36 With the Qur'an, the Prophet will continue to give a warning.
18:41 We have met before, the duty of the Messenger is "bashir wa nadhir"
18:45 But in this verse, it is focused on the word "li'unzirakum"
18:49 To give a warning.
18:51 Why? Because this verse is for stubborn people.
18:54 Stubborn people, they don't need to give a warning.
18:57 "If you worship, there is still a chance for you to enter heaven."
19:01 No need.
19:02 People who are stubborn like this, like if our child is stubborn,
19:06 hopefully our child is not stubborn, even if it is a girl.
19:08 But if there is a time when he is stubborn, we have to give a warning.
19:11 If you play bicycle, if you fall, you want to be hit.
19:16 If you say like that, then the child is stubborn.
19:20 If not, play well, be careful.
19:23 We say it well, there are stubborn people who don't need a warning.
19:27 So, the Qur'an has two functions.
19:29 The first is "bashir", to give good news, to give spirit to people who do good deeds.
19:35 Because doing good deeds requires strength, so we have to give "bashir".
19:41 In Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 25, "And give good news to those who believe and do good deeds."
19:49 We have to give spirit to our friends who are in the studio, at home.
19:54 Continue to read the Qur'an.
19:55 Because if we don't give spirit, then come the evil spirits,
19:59 saying, "That's enough, just read the Qur'an every day."
20:03 For example, in the end, we become weaker and weaker.
20:05 What else, if the friend next to you says,
20:07 "That's enough, yesterday we went to Qur'an time, today we relax."
20:11 So, this thing requires "bashir".
20:14 But at the same time, in this verse, Allah says,
20:17 "The Prophet was given revelation, giving warning to him, 'Wa man balaw'."
20:23 Who is "Wa man balaw"? What does it mean?
20:25 "And to whoever it reaches, Al-Qur'an."
20:28 In this verse, it shows that Al-Qur'an will reach to whoever it reaches,
20:35 in this world, and if we are the ones who get benefit from Al-Qur'an today,
20:41 actually, it is a truth that reaches us,
20:45 which is implemented by Prophet Muhammad SAW.
20:51 So, that is the duty of the Prophet.
20:52 And of course, the Prophet and his companions were not many at that time.
20:56 Not many, but the impression was to give Islam to the whole world.
21:01 And now we have to remember, there are many Muslims.
21:04 More or less 1.5 billion.
21:06 It means that every 5-6 people in this world, there is one Muslim.
21:10 But the 5 billion people, they are not Muslims yet.
21:14 Before, there were only a few Muslims, but they reached.
21:17 So, there is a question of how serious and committed we are to "balaw",
21:25 to reach Al-Qur'an.
21:27 Hopefully, you who are at home, in the studio,
21:30 you can get a little bit of this, we share it on Facebook, WhatsApp,
21:34 we have to campaign.
21:35 Because the campaign to Al-Qur'an, "balaw" is the duty of who?
21:39 The duty of the Prophet SAW.
21:41 And if we really love the Prophet SAW,
21:44 we always pray, the more we pray, the more we will rise.
21:49 "Qul" we say to the community,
21:51 that let's understand together the content of Al-Qur'an.
21:57 "Inna kumul tash'haduna anna ma'allaha liha"
22:01 "Lihatan ukhra"
22:02 "Do you bear witness that there is a God other than Allah?"
22:06 "Say it"
22:07 As we said earlier that Allah is a witness.
22:10 This time, we have to say that "la ash'had"
22:13 I will not say that there is a God other than Allah SWT.
22:19 It looks like a short surah.
22:20 It is like saying "ash'hadu alla ilaha illallah wa ash'hadu anna Muhammadan Rasulullah"
22:24 But the impression that we have to understand when the word "la ash'had" is used,
22:28 is that in Mecca, there is a "kakel"
22:33 There are people who do business, selling what?
22:36 Selling "berhala"
22:37 Because "berhala" can be sold for one, and a lot of profit.
22:40 So when someone says, "I do not bear witness that this "berhala" needs to be supported."
22:45 That is a sign that we are boycotting the business of selling "berhala".
22:50 This tycoon, this big business person will get angry.
22:54 He will say, "Oh, you are the one who is trying to fight me."
22:57 That is why the Muslim who says "la ash'had" will be balloned.
23:01 Why? Because it is disturbing the business that exists,
23:05 other than power, other than their reputation.
23:09 And at the end, once again,
23:11 "Kul innama wa ila huwa ahid wa innani bari umimatu shrikun"
23:16 It is stated once again, "I bear witness that there is no God,
23:23 except Allah, the One, and I am not related to anything that you associate with Him,
23:31 whether you do business, you do politics, you fight, etc.
23:35 I will not be related to it."
23:37 And this is the spirit that we must always express.
23:41 We must say from time to time, if there is someone who is involved in business,
23:46 involved in wrong politics, then we say, "Ana bari"
23:50 I will be free because that is the effect of "tawhid" to Allah SWT.
23:56 Bringing to the word of choice today, we see,
24:00 the word "alladhi nahas khasiru anfusahum"
24:04 "Khasiru" from the word "khasira" means loss.
24:07 And inshallah we will see in the 20th verse.
24:10 This verse is more or less like the end of the 12th verse.
24:16 Before this we have seen.
24:18 So you can compare the end of the 12th verse and the end of the 20th verse
24:23 and find the connection and we will discuss it shortly.
24:26 We will meet again. My Quran Time. Quran Salat Infah.
24:29 Inshallah.
