There was a moment to pay tribute to Walsall FC's former Manager: Jan Sorensen last night before the Morecambe Fc game where a round of applause marked the passing of him.

00:00 As you may know by now, we were extremely saddened to learn that former manager Jan Sonsen has passed away at the age of 68.
00:08 Jan took charge of the Sanders during the 1997/98 season and enjoyed some memorable cup runs with us,
00:14 including that four-frame shoot to Old Trafford in the FA Cup.
00:18 He is a man who will live long in our memory and the thoughts of everyone associated with Walsall Football Club
00:24 are with Jan's family and friends at this difficult time.
00:27 As a mark of respect and in honour of Jan's life, the team are wearing black armbands this evening
