00:04 Why am I here? Well you dragged me here, you said you needed me, so come on, give me a hand.

00:08 No, I think it really is the main idea.

00:11 I started this boot camp after getting the kids from the lower employment to the bigger employment.

00:16 It's a good start, it's a good starting place to be, beyond the theatre,

00:19 because behind them scenes there you don't know what's going on with these extras or what they do.

00:24 All it's about is the main style on there.

00:26 These ones behind can get as big as them, with this boot camp thing you don't know.

00:30 Exactly, without the technical ability of the guys and girls that work here,

00:34 the shows wouldn't be able to operate.

00:36 So you are part of the show even though you're behind the curtain, if you like.

00:40 I'm here because I used to work here, my first job was here.

00:43 So I worked right at the top in the flies and then with lighting and sound,

00:47 and they used to put me on the flies for the pantomime and fly me around,

00:50 which he would have hated because he doesn't like flies.

00:53 So I'm here to support this venture really, and the boot camp,

00:56 and the fantastic idea of being able to upskill and change skills,

01:00 and come and work in a theatre because it is a glorious place to work.

01:03 It's one of the best jobs I've ever had.

01:04 But it's not just in the theatre, it's other areas, arts and everything.

01:08 But this is a good base to start, because it's one of the fuller parts of Wolverhampton.

01:14 To have it here to start is absolutely brilliant.

01:16 And it's one of the most beautiful theatres in the country,

01:18 I think it's fair to say you're an ambassador for the theatre.

01:20 It's traditional, and they keep coming back here.

01:23 They have some amazing stars come here, it's unbelievable.

01:25 They don't just have any job blogs off the street,

01:28 they have some proper names off television, entertainment, whatever.

01:31 They have them on there, and the people who come down here enjoy it.
