00:11 Without going into the details of Sharia and Hanafi jurisprudence,

00:19 There was a question about Shaban al-Muazzam,
00:23 where people pray at the 15th night of the month, people wake up and enter the mosques.
00:30 What is the Sharia status of this?
00:32 And is it proven by any Ahadith, its superiority etc.?
00:36 See, the Prophet (pbuh) has instructed to stay up at night and has also manifested its blessings.
00:46 I will mention these two Ahadith at your service.
00:49 The first is Hadith 739 and the second is Hadith 1399.
00:57 Syedah Aisha Siddiqo (r) narrates that one night she found the Prophet (pbuh) missing from her neighbourhood.
01:07 It was her turn, the Prophet (pbuh) was in her room, but when she opened her eyes, he was not there.
01:12 She said, "I went out to investigate, and I found you in the graveyard of Jannatul Baqi."
01:20 The Prophet (pbuh) looked at me and said, "O Aisha, do you fear that Allah (swt) or His Messenger will mislead you?"
01:29 "Do you think that I will go to another wife?"
01:33 So, Syedah Aisha (r) made her request very clearly that, "O Prophet, I had assumed that you would go to another wife."
01:43 This pride of hers forced me to investigate.
01:48 The Prophet (pbuh) said, "Allah (swt) will send down the night of Shaban to the sky of the world."
02:10 "And He will forgive the sheep of the heart."
02:22 This means that this night is a blessed night.
02:25 Similarly, in another hadith, the narrator of which is Hazrat Maula Ali (r)
02:32 said that the Prophet (pbuh) said, "This is the 1388th hadith of Sunan Ibn Majah."
02:40 The Prophet (pbuh) said, "If the night of Shaban is half, then you should stay up all night and fast the next day."
02:57 And these two are the commandments of the Prophet (pbuh) that you should worship and fast the next day.
03:02 "Allah (swt) will send down the night of Shaban to the sky of the world."
03:06 Because Allah (swt) sends down His glorious night after the sunset.
03:13 "And He will say, 'Is there anyone who asks forgiveness from Me?'
03:21 I will grant him his forgiveness. 'Is there anyone who asks for provision?'
03:28 I will grant him his provision. 'Is there anyone who is tested?'
03:36 I will grant him his protection.
03:41 Allah (swt) says, "Until dawn breaks."
03:49 In both these hadiths, the Prophet (pbuh) has given glad tidings of forgiveness and forgiveness.
03:55 And Allah (swt) has also mentioned the rewards.
03:59 So, you should worship on this night.
04:02 I will just clarify that when you will narrate these hadiths to someone,
04:06 they will say that these are weak hadiths.
04:08 I also agree that these are weak hadiths.
04:11 But understand that a weak hadith is a topic.
04:17 A topic is a false hadith.
04:20 And a weak hadith is a hadith that is connected to the government.
04:24 It is a true hadith.
04:26 But the narrators of it, the narrators of the hadith,
04:30 have some shortcomings.
04:31 Some have a weak memory, some have less righteousness.
04:34 But those hadiths are not false.
04:38 This is the first thing.
04:39 And the second thing is that the narrators themselves say that
04:43 a weak hadith is in the favor.
04:47 This means that if you want to prove any superiority with a weak hadith,
04:51 then you can do it.
04:53 I apologize and if someone listens,
04:56 then you should think about it carefully.
04:59 I don't want to make a debate.
05:01 You also read that a weak hadith is in the favor.
05:07 Then how can you absolutely deny the deed proven by these hadiths?
05:12 It should not be that there is no such deed that is proven,
05:15 it is wrong.
05:16 And in the field of society, ask the Prophet (pbuh)
05:19 why did he reject my hadith?
05:21 Although it was weak, you felt a weakness.
05:24 Because of the narrators.
05:25 But why did you deny the Ummah and why did you absolutely deny?
05:28 So what answer will you give?
05:30 Such a thing that is proven by a hadith is called Sunnah.
05:33 It is not called bid'ah.
05:35 So this is one.
05:36 The second is another issue.
05:38 Can you perform this worship collectively?
05:42 Like come to the mosques.
05:44 Some people say that it is proven by hadiths,
05:47 but you should worship in your home.
05:49 You come to the mosques,
05:51 there is a large crowd.
05:54 Show me where it was during the time of Naqsh-e-Sarkar.
05:56 The first thing is that when the Prophet (pbuh)
05:59 mentions the superiority of something,
06:01 I ask a question in the field of literature,
06:03 then does he say that not to do Ijtema,
06:05 but to do single, where is it written?
06:07 The Prophet did not say.
06:09 When a request is given, then he should do it collectively,
06:12 individually, or in the mosque,
06:15 or at home, everything in every way,
06:18 the permission to achieve those virtues is included in it.
06:22 The rest is that the Prophet (pbuh)
06:25 did not do such a thing,
06:27 the companions did not do it,
06:29 then it is okay.
06:30 The life of the companions is in front of us.
06:32 When they saw that there is a matter that strengthens the religion,
06:35 they did not see that the Prophet did it or not,
06:38 the previous people did it or not,
06:40 they have adopted it.
06:42 Like the Tarawih Jamaat,
06:43 the Prophet's time did not exist,
06:46 the time of Siddique Akbar did not exist,
06:48 people used to study alone or
06:50 established two or four of their Jamaats.
06:52 When the era of Farooq came,
06:54 Hazrat Umar-e-Farooq (r.a) came to the mosque,
06:56 and he found people offering Tarawih prayer in different ways.
07:01 He said, I want to gather them behind one Imam.
07:04 And then he appointed one Imam,
07:06 the Jamaat was established.
07:08 He came a little late,
07:10 when he saw that the Jamaat was established,
07:12 he said this historical sentence,
07:14 "Ni'matil bida'atu haadihi"
07:17 What a good creation it is.
07:19 We have implemented a very good method,
07:22 that people are now offering this worship collectively.
07:25 There is blessing in this individualism,
07:27 but the blessing of the community is not hidden from anyone.
07:30 This is the method of the companions.
07:32 If people do it in a different way,
07:34 they will be lazy,
07:35 they will sleep,
07:36 or they will not do it.
07:37 If a collective worship is done,
07:40 understanding the Sunnah of the companions,
07:42 and according to the requirements of the teachings of our Akabari,
07:47 people leave their beds,
07:49 leave their rugs,
07:51 leave their waste,
07:53 leave our children to see dirty things on social media,
07:56 leave the company of idlers,
07:59 leave the useless games,
08:01 come to the court of Allah,
08:04 perform worship,
08:05 avoid sin,
08:06 do the things of the rank of the high,
08:08 do the things of the forgiveness of sins,
08:10 do the things of the good,
08:12 then which of these are the Shariahs and Abbas?
08:14 Tell me this.
08:15 That is why I request all the brothers and sisters,
08:17 do not quarrel with anyone,
08:19 do not argue with anyone,
08:21 if someone does not want to do it,
08:22 no problem,
08:23 you do it.
08:24 It is not our job to convince anyone,
08:26 our job is to explain and tell,
08:28 or we should get blessings ourselves,
08:30 so that it can happen in this night.
08:32 This night starts,
08:33 after sunset,
08:34 and it lasts till the dawn.
08:36 Whenever you get the opportunity,
08:38 whenever you get the opportunity,
08:39 you should do the worship.
08:40 This Qiyam is not a compulsory or obligatory,
08:42 but if you do it,
08:43 InshaAllah,
08:44 you will get blessings.
08:45 If you want,
08:46 then you can fast for the next day,
08:47 this is also a means of blessings.
08:48 If you do not do it,
08:49 then also you will not be a sinner.
08:51 But if you do it,
08:52 InshaAllah,
08:53 you will get blessings.
08:54 As the Prophet (pbuh) gave a clear sign,
08:57 that in this night,
08:58 Allah Almighty gives more salvation to people
09:00 than the goats and goats of the Bani Kalb,
09:02 from the fire of hell.
09:05 May Allah Almighty enable us to understand.
09:07 A brother had asked a question,
09:09 that he had bought a plot in his father's life,
09:13 for example,
09:14 of 250,000,
09:15 and then his father was alive,
09:17 I sold it,
09:18 then I added 250,000 more,
09:20 and we bought a new plot,
09:22 and then his father passed away,
09:24 now we have to divide the inheritance,
09:26 so will the inheritance be divided by the total amount?
09:29 He said that my mother is also there,
09:31 my brother and sister are also there,
09:32 or I can first take out my money,
09:34 the rest of the money will be of the inheritance.
09:36 See, there are two things in this,
09:38 first is that you have told everyone clearly,
09:41 or you have told your father,
09:42 that I am giving as a loan,
09:44 when you sell this plot,
09:46 give me some of my money back,
09:48 or you had said that if you die,
09:52 I will take out my share first,
09:54 then the inheritance will be divided,
09:56 then there is no problem at all.
09:58 The second thing is that you had not decided,
10:00 but your intention was that I will take my money back,
10:03 in this, it happens that the other inheritor has the right
10:06 to tell you that you swear,
10:08 that you gave with this intention,
10:10 because in intention every person is trustworthy,
10:13 he is trustworthy himself,
10:14 people will not get information,
10:16 he will tell,
10:17 so if you can swear,
10:19 that yes, I swear by God,
10:20 I had mixed it with the intention of taking it back,
10:23 then you can take it.
10:24 The third situation is that,
10:26 neither did you speak clearly,
10:28 nor was it in your intention,
10:30 you did it as it was,
10:31 now you cannot take it,
10:32 let it remain mixed,
10:33 and give the entire amount to your mother,
10:35 brother and sister,
10:36 give your share and let it go.
10:39 The second one said that he has received some pension from his father,
10:42 around 16 lakhs,
10:44 or he must have received some benefits,
10:46 he has a mother,
10:47 two brothers and three sisters,
10:49 and one sister is married,
10:51 how will his share be distributed?
10:54 First of all remember that,
10:57 the shares that are distributed are in the inheritance,
11:00 and the inheritance is that,
11:02 when a person passes away,
11:05 at that time,
11:06 whatever is in his property,
11:07 that is his inheritance,
11:09 so the pension,
11:11 or the benefits,
11:12 that the government gives,
11:14 or the private institutions give to their employees,
11:17 this is not a part of the inheritance,
11:20 it is not mixed in the inheritance,
11:22 rather there are nominees,
11:25 you know that nominees are kept,
11:30 who will get it after you,
11:32 so the person whose name is written there,
11:34 all the benefits,
11:35 all the pension is his,
11:37 if it is in the name of the wife,
11:38 then it is the wife's,
11:39 if it is in the name of someone else,
11:41 like the mother or father,
11:42 then he will get it,
11:43 so in this,
11:44 first you find out who the nominees are,
11:46 and there will be no inheritance in this.

12:42 then there is a sign of a drop falling.

12:50 then what will be the order?
