00:02 I thought honestly, it's what I told our guys out there.

00:05 I thought that was maybe the first game this year that our offense kind of did

00:08 what our offense is capable of doing.

00:10 I thought, particularly after the first inning,

00:12 we had some decent bats in the first two.

00:14 But after the first inning, I thought it was just relentless at bats.

00:17 Our outs were loud, it was pressure.

00:19 We were on the barrel, we were running the bases aggressively.

00:22 I thought from the second on,

00:24 it was just electric from the way we played offense.

00:27 That's who we're capable of being, that's who we need to be more and more.

00:30 And there was plenty of things we can nitpick through there, but

00:32 I thought some guys had some really good nights on the offensive side.

00:35 And Heater was great.

00:37 I mean, I think you ask him what he thinks about it.

00:39 He's gonna tell you it's probably the worst outing of his career,

00:41 which is laughable that it's four innings, two rounds, whatever it was,

00:45 five innings, two runs, and it's the worst of his career.

00:48 But man, he wasn't as sharp with the secondary stuff today, but

00:50 that's just how good his stuff is.

00:51 I mean, it's a good Heater.

00:53 He got them off, they got three in a row, two out hits.

00:55 And they put some good swings on them.

00:57 Credit those guys for making those swings and those counts.

00:59 But Heater did what he needed, and then Tyler Faye came in and was outstanding.

01:02 Seeking the baseball allowed us to extend the lead a little bit there and

01:06 to get Sam Mitchell there in the end to close the door.

01:08 So all around, just a really good night of baseball.

01:10 I thought that's our sixth game of the year.

01:12 I thought that was the first game that I really leave this thing feeling like

01:16 that's it, that's closer to what we need to be and who we're capable of being.

01:19 So, obviously far from a finished product, but

01:22 a good way to start the weekend.

01:23 And we know that, shoot, they've got kind of the arms that threw the best last

01:27 weekend against Alabama State are the next two going.

01:29 So it's by no means you get through Friday and it's smooth sailing.

01:33 We got in the bullpen a little bit, which was good, but

01:35 we're gonna have our work cut out tomorrow.

01:37 So we gotta come out and run another good one off.
