An unemployed Pakistani man changed his plea to not guilty at the Petaling Jaya Sessions Court on Monday (Feb 26) to a charge of raping a woman on an overhead bridge at the Serdang Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTM) railway station in January 2024.

00:21 He initially pleaded guilty on January 23 to raping a 29-year-old woman at the overhead
00:27 bridge at 12.45am on January 14 and robbed her of her mobile phone and 80 ringgit using
00:33 a knife at the same time and place.
00:36 The court fixed March 14 for next mention of the case.
00:39 Meanwhile, Muhammad also changed his guilty plea to not guilty for a second charge at
00:45 another Sessions Court.
00:46 He and his compatriot 29-year-old Muhammad Wakas were charged with robbing a 20-year-old
00:52 woman of her two mobile phones worth 2,070 ringgit at the same place on December 30.
00:59 Muhammad Wakas had claimed trial when charged at the previous hearing.
