00:08 In the legal translation, according to House Speaker Martin Romualdez.

00:11 Now, to dispel doubts that the efforts of the House of Representatives

00:17 in pushing for the amendment of the economic provisions of the Constitution

00:25 we are actually adopting all the three proposed amendments of the Senate version
