This weekend's games will tell us a lot about Cal softball

00:00 It's early and the rankings don't mean a lot but it is interesting that Cal goes
00:05 undefeated over the last week and drops in the rankings. Granted the teams that
00:12 beat were not the powerhouse teams by any means. They weren't ranked teams so
00:17 I imagine that some other teams that beat ranked teams moved ahead of them
00:21 or at least one of them did. But this week Cal will receive a true challenge
00:28 when they face Georgia. They're scheduled to play Georgia twice on consecutive
00:33 days this weekend so that will really really show us whether Cal is a
00:38 potential Pac-12 contender or an NCAA tournament possibility. This will
00:46 give us a pretty good idea of where they're at.
