Govt: There aren't no-go areas in the country

The migration minister has said there are "reasons and issues" the government won't accept the definition of Islamophobia as used by other political parties - but does not state them.

Michael Tomlinson adds he doesn't believe there are no-go areas in the country after former government minister Paul Scully suggested Birmingham and east London were off-limits because of "doctrine". 00:31 We live in a very tolerant, open society.
00:33 We're blessed, we're fortunate, if you like,
00:35 as a country to live in such an open and welcoming place.
00:38 That's something that I'm striving to continue.
00:41 And so, no, I don't think there are no go areas in our country.
