00:05 it's been 21 years since he came here.

00:08 There are three points to the Hong Kong-Kui-tung Law.

00:11 The first point is that before the 23rd Law...

00:15 The driving is to bring in the national security from the other countries,

00:26 especially the UK and Australia or something.

00:29 We want to point out that those countries have a democratic system

00:37 and they have a very powerful civil society and also the past.

00:43 So there is quite a lot of check and balance.

00:46 But Hong Kong lacks such a social system.

00:49 The people are greater than the country. There is no democracy. We want national security.

01:00 This violates the national security law.

01:14 I think many Hong Kongers are quite concerned about Article 23.

01:19 I don't understand why the Secretary of Justice said he heard no objection

01:26 or no worry of this legislation.

01:31 But I understand that the way we can share our opinion in Hong Kong is quite limited.

01:40 Even if we are concerned, we will still stay and fight for democracy in Hong Kong.
