00:00 The court of appeal overturned four charges of abuse of power against former Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin, which was revoked by the High Court earlier.
00:13 Delivering a unanimous decision, Judge Hadariah Syed Ismail said the High Court was wrong in terms of the ruling when it argued that the charge was invalid.
00:24 The decision paved the way for further discussion in the Supreme Court, as former Prime Minister Yassin filed a petition to the Supreme Court and ensured the cancellation of the decision.
