00:02 Good to see everybody and obviously always love coming to Indianapolis.
00:07 Third year now for me in this role.
00:10 Feeling very excited, refreshed to attack this 2024 season the right way.
00:16 And it's gonna be an exciting time as we kind of begin the initial stage.
00:20 This is always a great time to start the evaluation process in person on the draft
00:25 picks and the guys that are not only here in Indianapolis, but
00:29 the guys that don't get invited, we get out to their pro days.
00:32 And just the authentic nature of combine season and
00:36 the draft season is always a real positive in addition to free agency.
00:41 And the idea of being able to enhance your team and
00:45 really build something both with short term and long term.
00:49 Mindsets that allow you to build the best possible team for
00:53 not only the here and now, but hopefully well into the future.
00:56 So excited about what we have going on.
00:59 All three coordinators coming back, which is really, really a big deal for me.
01:05 Just feeling really strong about Brian Flores, Matt Daniels, and
01:09 Wes Phillips in those roles supporting me.
01:12 And then ultimately as we shape this 2024 roster alongside Kweisi and Rob and
01:18 being in a role supporting them in any way that I can.
01:21 I'm excited about what's out there, excited about adding guys to our team
01:26 that love football, they're tough, smart, accountable, talented.
01:31 In addition to the guys that we hope to bring back and solidify our roster with.
