00:05Myself Rubina welcomes you to a healthy episode of "F3 Healthy Life".
00:10Friends, although we care for our skin in now a days running time.
00:15But we forgot our those body parts which we don't look at times.
00:19For example, back side of neck, dark elbows,knees, back etc.
00:27Although I have shared some effective remedies for dark knees and elbows
00:32But the remedies, I have brought for you with this you can cure your dark neck.
00:38So, let's move on to my effective home remedies.
00:41My first home remedy is Baking Soda & Rose Water Pack,like 1 tsp of both indigents .
00:45Take equal quantity of Baking Soda & Rose Water
00:52Mix it well and make its fine paste
00:55Apply this paste on the dark area of your neck
00:59Apply a thick layer and let it dry for 30 minutes.
01:03Once its dry then wash it off with normal water
01:06Follow this remedy until your dark neck is completely cured.
01:11Let's move on to our next home remedy :- Yogurt & Turmeric Pack
01:17Take 1 tsp yogurt add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder in it
01:24Mix it well and apply this paste on the dark area of your neck
01:29Let it dry and then wash it off with any mild soap and normal water.
01:36Follow this remedy 3 times in a weeks and within 1 month you will notice
01:41That the dark portion of your neck is turning light and your neck looks fair and beautiful.
01:48Let's move on to our next home remedy :-Lime Juice & Honey Pack
01:53Take 1 tsp lemon juice add 1 tsp honey in it and mix it well
02:00Apply this pack on the dark area of your neck
02:04Once its dry wash it off with normal water
02:07Follow this remedy 3 times in a weeks and within 1 month you will notice
02:12That your neck is turning light and your neck looks fair and beautiful.
02:17Let's move on to our last home remedy :- Lime Juice & Rose Water pack
02:23Take 1 tsp Rose water add 1 tsp lime juice
02:27Mix it well and apply this toner to the dark area of your neck.
02:33Once its dry wash it off with normal water
02:37Follow this remedy for a month and get rid of dark neck.
02:42So these were my easy and effective home remedies
02:45If you follow them, you can cure the darkness of your neck
