00:00 Senator Coco Pimentel, a son of a minority leader, is hoping that the Senate will have enough votes to block the charter change.

00:08 As of now, aside from him, he is seeing three other senators who are against the charter change.

00:13 They are Senator Risa Ontiveros, Cinthia Villar and Mark Villar.

00:19 This was confirmed by Ontiveros and Senator Cinthia Villar.

00:22 The GMA Intergrated News is also trying to get confirmation from Senator Mark Villar.

00:27 If the Tutor's Rule is to be followed, the Senate must vote "No" to the charter so that it will not pass the Senate.

00:35 Meanwhile, Senator Chis Escudero wants to clarify the rules that the Senate and the House of Representatives must follow.
