00:05 And I have to be honest, we're not going to be able to fix all the problems that this government have created straight away.

00:19 And the government have no plan to grow our economy, and that's why our growth rates continue at anemic levels right now.
00:26 We will grow the economy, we will create a national wealth fund to invest alongside business in the jobs and the industries of the future.
00:34 We would reform the planning system to get Britain building again, reform the apprenticeship levy so businesses can get the skills that they need,

00:45 So our plans to grow the economy is what is needed to ensure that we have the money to invest in our public services again,
