The Attorney General’s Chambers (AGC) has yet to decide on the representation by Datuk Seri Najib Razak to drop his three other charges of money laundering involving SRC International Sdn Bhd funds amounting to RM27mil.

00:06 to drop his three other charges of money laundering involving SRC International Sindoran Bahat Funds amounting to RM27 million.
00:15 During a case management on Tuesday, Deputy Public Prosecutor, Md Ashraf Adrin Kamarul,
00:21 told High Court Judge K Munyandi that the representation is still undecided.
00:27 Najib's lead counsel, Tan Sri Muhammad Shafi Abdullah, then asked his client to be discharged not amounting to acquittal
00:34 as there was no decision on the representation which was filed last August.
00:38 In response, Md Ashraf said they will proceed with the trial and that 20 to 25 witnesses will be called to testify in the case,
00:46 which is scheduled in September, and requested three months to prepare witness statements.
00:51 However, the judge only allowed two months for the prosecution to prepare witness statements and that the documents must be submitted before May 28.
00:59 The next case management is on May 27.
