00:44 A registered dietician, of
00:45 Course, health and well-being is
00:46 At top of mind, and i'm always
00:48 Trying to find those ways that i
00:50 Can sneak in nutrient-dense
00:52 Beverages or foods into my
00:54 Patient's diet.
00:55 So one really easy way to do
00:57 That is to incorporate florida
00:58 Orange juice into your daily
01:00 Diet or even into some recipes
01:02 Where it can fit in.
01:03 So easiest way to do that, i
01:05 Think, is, you know, by
01:07 Consuming an 8-ounce glass of
01:09 Florida orange juice, maybe with
01:11 Your breakfast every day, just
01:13 An 8-ounce glass includes
01:15 Vitamin c, potassium, thiamine.
01:17 If it's a fortified juice and
01:19 It's going to contain vitamin d
01:21 As well, these are all
01:23 Essential vitamins and minerals
01:25 That we need and our immune
01:27 System.

02:17 Day-to-day meals that you have.
02:19 I put it in my oatmeal
02:21 Sometimes, it adds a little bit
02:23 Of sweetness and dimension to
02:25 It.
02:26 >> i'm going to give you a
02:27 Couple of suggestions on how you
02:29 Can incorporate florida orange
02:30 Juice into your diet.
02:31 So i've got a couple of those
02:32 Here today.
02:33 My favorite is going to be the
02:35 Florida oj and cranberry juice
02:37 Spritzer.
02:38 This is fantastic.
02:39 It can be enjoyed by the whole
02:40 Family.
02:41 Very easy to make.
02:42 It's just equal parts, which
02:43 Would be two cups florida orange
02:45 Juice and then two cups
02:47 Cranberry juice with about a cup
02:49 And two-thirds of elderflower
02:51 Sparkling drink.
02:52 And if the adults want to throw
02:53 In their favorite spirit, it can
02:54 Be a great addition to their
02:55 Meal.
02:56 We also have the florida oj
02:58 Sunburst smoothie, which looks
03:00 As delicious as it is.
03:02 We've got the florida oj no-bake
03:05 Protein balls.
03:06 These can be incorporated as a
03:08 Snack or even a really nice sweet
03:10 Treat.

03:15 With cinnamon vinaigrette.
03:17 This is a really great side dish
03:18 For dinner with your family.
03:20 You can also have this as a
03:21 Lunch, just add some protein to
03:22 The top.
03:23 And then you can have a
03:24 Cranberry juice with a little
03:25 Bit of cinnamon.

03:27 Delicious, and i like how you
03:28 Said we could add a little adult
03:30 Beverage with the orange juice
03:31 To make sure we're getting it.
03:33 But that's later on in the
03:34 Afternoon.

03:41 I know sometimes people go one a
03:42 Day, two a day.
03:43 What do you recommend?

03:52 The day like we talked about,
03:53 Then that's great.
