00:08 But if you're looking to spice it up this year, One Valley Restaurant is putting a Mexican
00:14 flair on it and Brad got the chance to taste it.
00:17 So take a look.
00:18 Their Irish eyes are upon you here at Ruccio Cantina.
00:28 And did I say it right Skyler?

00:47 the corned beef and cabbage and potatoes.
00:50 But you guys are doing it Mexican style.
00:51 We are.
00:52 We are.
00:53 We're calling it the Irish taco.
00:54 Love it.
00:55 Yeah.
00:56 So it's just we do corned beef, potatoes.
00:59 We put some fresh cabbage on top and then the salsa mustasa, which is like a mustard
01:02 sauce.
01:03 I like it.
01:04 All right.
01:05 Let's get down here to, of course, a nice little meat dish.
01:07 All right.
01:08 So these are the birria tacos.
01:11 It's roasted.
01:12 It's a chuck that's roasted low and slow for four hours and then shredded up a little bit.
01:18 And then we fry actually fry the tortillas in the juice and fat from the beef.
01:24 And it's there to die for.
01:26 I like it.
01:27 I like it.
01:28 And if you're going to be out there with friends, you're going to all want to make sure you're
01:29 getting something a little appetizer right there.
01:32 Yeah.
01:33 We have the the southwestern egg rolls filled with like chicken and corn and beans.
01:38 And they're just they're one of my favorite things on the menu.
01:40 OK.
01:41 And you can't go wrong with this.
01:42 You know, this is a hot dog.
01:44 What do we have here?
01:45 Well, this is our Sonoran style hot dog, which is a it's a beef frank that's that's wrapped
01:50 in bacon.
01:52 And then we grill it and we top it with beans, with tomato, with like pico de gallo, different
01:58 sauces.
01:59 And it's just it's good.
02:01 Good drunk food.
02:02 I like that.
02:03 Well, of course, speaking of drinking, you guys are going to have the green beer I like.
02:08 And then these two signature margaritas.
02:10 What do we got here?

02:19 This is a quarter zone tequila.
02:22 And then everything is house made.
02:23 I like this.
02:24 OK, let's talk about hours for St. Patty's Day.
02:27 What time do you going to be at St. Patty's Day?
02:29 Well, we're going to be open all day, but the festivities will probably start around
02:33 six o'clock, 6 p.m., and then go until midnight.
02:36 I like that with a DJ.
02:37 Of course, you never know what else.
02:39 Mary Mary, I choose different things happen here.
02:41 You got to stop and check it out.
