00:00 We've got three games for the Doncaster Overs Bells coming up here at the Eco Power Stadium.
00:12 How exciting a time is it for the Bells?
00:13 Yeah, listen, I mean it's a great time to be involved.
00:17 Like I said, when I came in in November we wanted to push things forward and in the three
00:21 and a half months that we have, that I have been here and the staff, the effort that they've
00:26 put in to really pushing what is a historic and prestigious club forward and bring them
00:32 back to where we want them to be.
00:34 Having the opportunity to play in an arena like this is fantastic and really we need
00:39 the support of the fans to come and support the girls.
00:41 The girls are working really hard and I've said before that they sacrifice a lot to be
00:46 a part of this at Tier 4 and we should celebrate that and really embrace that.
00:51 So these are going to be great occasions where we want to put on a show and the more people
00:55 that can come and support us the better.
00:57 And Rovers Bells on the up, since you've taken over, we're pleased to hear.
01:02 How do you think the form's been so far?
01:04 Listen, I think recently it's been up and down but I think what I have said is that
01:08 there's a change in environment, a change in culture, a change in the atmosphere.
01:12 It's become more competitive than it was certainly when I came in where we were really low on
01:17 confidence and really struggling to know where that consistency of form would be.
01:21 We started off really, really well and there's always an expectation that as this competition
01:26 for places increases that that's going to create a little bit of an imbalance maybe
01:31 in results but certainly I think over the whole, over these last three and a half months,
01:35 it's been a meteoric shift in a lot of things that maybe a lot of people don't see.
01:40 We've had some good wins, we've had quite a few and I think overall the averages really
01:45 do stack, improving in our favour from the statistics that it did before we came in and
01:51 from the start of the season.
01:53 They're all great pluses but listen, one swallow doesn't make a summer.
01:57 We have to move forward, we have to continually embrace the change of this emerging game in
02:02 the women's side and understand that we can't stand still so I always say that we need to
02:06 fall forward and keep continuing to do that.
02:09 Like I say, with everybody pushing in the right direction here, you can certainly see
02:12 that coming sooner rather than later.
