00:00 So we're with Simon and Louise at the Cock Hotel in Wellington. It's been two years, how are we feeling?
00:04 Two years older, maybe three. It's been fantastic, it's been brilliant. We've met so many good people,
00:11 we've still got so many good people coming in to see us. It has been fantastic.
00:15 Really simple, we'd just like to thank everybody who supports us, including from suppliers to Jules, our brewery,
00:26 but especially the people that support us, our clients. It has been an amazing journey and continues to be so.
00:36 We've got a great community, a great local community, and we've got a lot of people that come from outside of the community to see us as well.
00:42 So not only are we a local resort, we're a destination resort as well. We've just got a great bunch of people, we really, really have.
00:51 I can't thank them enough really.
00:53 And we try to give everybody that walks through the door a great experience so they keep returning time and time after again.
00:59 We've said it before, for us it's all about experience. It's putting a smile on somebody's face that's bigger than the one that they came in with.
01:06 And hopefully we get to do that. It's hospitality, it's service, and hopefully you don't get it right all the time.
01:14 We'd be lying if we sat here and we were as crowing as we did, but hopefully we like to think we get it right a majority of the time.
