The Prime Minister delivered a speech to the Queensland Media Club asking Australians to continue 'building on our existing strengths' as the energy transition continues.

00:11 When I look at the Queensland Government's Energy and Jobs Plan, I see that scale of ambition.
00:17 Australia's largest solar farm at Western Downs,
00:21 one of the biggest wind farms in the southern hemisphere near Warwick,
00:25 backed by the Clean Energy Finance Corporation.
00:29 New pumped hydro near Gympie, and one of the biggest pumped hydro projects in the world, planned for Mackay.
00:36 Copper stream running from Townsville and Mount Isa,
00:40 and connecting the North West Minerals Province to the National Energy Grid.
00:45 Making Gladstone a hydrogen hub and a global capital for green minerals.
00:51 And the most important national project of all, making sure workers and communities aren't left behind,
00:58 starting with the Queensland Job Security Guarantee.
