Sir Keir Starmer says he wants Britain to “win the race for clean energy” as Britain has the “potential, ports, people, stills”. In a new plan launched by the party, British seabed owned by the Crown Estate will be used to help build windfarms in plans aimed at making the UK more self-reliant for energy.
