00:29I just finished a film, Nelle Marche, directed by Valentina D'Amicis, in which I am the protagonist.
00:38It is a really striking story that allowed me to do an intense work on the character that I still have inside.
00:47At the moment I am on the set with the Sampsoni Atrapani for a production of Warner Bros. and Green Boo Productions.
00:55I am very happy and I feel a great sense of recognition.
01:00First of all for my land, for what it has allowed me to do, for what it leaves me in terms of human heritage and wealth,

01:11And then for the recognition I feel every day, being here from Sicilians, from the national sector in general,

01:37There have been many directors and actors who have said that in Sicily there is a different light, a particular light, but not only.
01:44What is so fascinating about Sicily to produce and direct films here in Sicily?
01:52Sicily has a light that is its own, it has a heat that also depends on the humanity that inhabits it.

02:04But let's say that what is our place, what is our territory, the vastness of different places that we can live in,
02:13everything can be exchanged for something else.
02:16So we have places that are absolutely desert, lunar places such as Etna.
02:22We have many types of scenarios that can be inhabited, we have the sea, we even have the snow.
02:28It's as if you were thinking about food, so the snow that can be on that lever in a place, in a totally different continent.
02:34We are rich and we have the opportunity to do wonderful things.
02:41The only thing that is fundamental in my opinion is to learn, to start not to sell ourselves and to understand the value we have.
