00:08 Hi, I'm Maïda Boulos.
00:10 I first joined Hervasi in 2016 for four years before leaving in 2020.
00:14 I was thrilled to return in 2022 for many reasons,
00:18 but one key reason was the focus around making an impact within the industry.
00:22 This is clear, not just through the work we do with brands and clients,
00:26 but also in the way we approach people and inclusion, climate change,
00:30 and the many ways we're looking to make a positive difference.
00:33 My team has had the honour of being part of very meaningful projects.
00:37 One I'm very proud of was a comprehensive activation at Charles de Gaulle Airport,
00:42 centred on disability discrimination.
00:45 Actually, we worked through life the story of Anne de Gaulle, who had Down syndrome.
00:49 I'm also proud to work somewhere that is focused on growing and empowering women in their careers,
00:55 especially through our Fun for Wild programming and through learning moments throughout the year,
01:00 which invite discussion and raise awareness.
01:03 One innovation I'm very proud of is our Hervas Impact Score tool,
01:07 which measures the impact of ads on consumers' perceptions regarding sustainable development goals.
01:13 Almost 100 ads have already been measured and have given us precious inputs
01:18 to produce even more sustainable work.
01:21 For me, it makes all the difference to be able to show up at work
01:25 and know that I'm working for a bigger cause,
01:27 and that I can use creativity and innovation to impact change.
