00:00I think in our industry specifically, we can have high-stress environments.
00:06We are constantly dealing with tight deadlines and high-stakes projects.
00:09We are known for having peak activities, with sometimes very intense working hours.
00:15These moments can impact our mental health.
00:17In our industry, where things are moving at lightning speed, we have to take a moment
00:22for ourselves, to check in with ourselves, to do what we need to do to prioritize our
00:27mental health.
00:28As an industry, as a business, we need to talk more openly about mental health.
00:37We need to ensure that this isn't an area that's got stigma associated with it.
00:41Mental health issues are increasingly covered by the media, the broadcasts, the books,
00:45the podcasts.
00:46And I think we have a responsibility to find a way to make sure that this subject
00:50infiltrates more the corporate sphere, the business environment.
00:54I used to think the professional thing to do would be to conceal it from my colleagues.
00:58I have since learned that it's much more powerful to be open and honest about what
01:03I've experienced.
01:04We need to collectively be aware of the broad spectrum of mental health topics to better
01:10understand how we can support ourselves and our colleagues.
01:17The Have Us Mind series is a way to just better educate all of us around the various issues
01:23associated with mental health awareness.
01:26Have Us Minds is a really important resource to drive basic awareness around mental health,
01:30but also allow us to look after ourselves and look after those around us.
01:34And create a safe space so that our collaborators can talk about this subject without fear of
01:39judgment.
01:40We all have struggles.
01:41We all need support.
01:42And we all can benefit from Have Us Minds.
01:45There's incredible tools and information on Have Us Minds and it only takes about 40
01:50minutes.
01:51It's a program to support all of us, our community, our people, our talent.
01:56Life is about learning, growing, and improving.
02:00And that's what this series helps us do.
02:14If we want our work and our working relationships to be stronger and at our best, we need to
02:19be a culture that supports our greatest resource, which is people, in every way possible.
02:24You have an organization, a culture, that supports prioritizing mental health and doing
02:29whatever it takes so you can feel your best.
02:37If we are more open, we talk more about this, this becomes part of our every day.
02:42To tackle these problems together can only lead to a better environment for all of us.
02:49Mental health impacts all of us.
02:52It can build our culture or it can break it down if we're not prioritizing it.
02:56Let's build it up.
02:58Your mental health is worth it.
