00:00I'm Dan Rubin, Group President, North America at Havas Health.
00:15Mental health plays a really important role in the workplace.
00:18We all work so hard and we spend so much time at work that it's critical that we're cognizant
00:24and conscious of how we're doing mentally and taking care of ourselves in every way
00:28possible.
00:32For me, something that I do to prioritize my mental health every day, one thing is I
00:36run in the morning.
00:37For me, I find that if I'm physically active, my mental health is just that much better.
00:42And the other thing is just making space at work.
00:45So sometimes when you just need a moment, whether that's going for a walk, getting something
00:49to eat, getting a glass of water, just making sure you know your limits and taking the space
00:54when you need it.
00:59First things first, we need to talk about it.
01:01We need to not be silent.
01:03We need to make space for people to talk about mental health.
01:06It's really important that we de-stigmatize any issues related to mental health, get them
01:12out in the open, talk about it and create safe space for our people.
01:18The Havas Mind series is a way to get started, right?
01:21It's a way to start the conversation or enhance the conversation if it's already going.
01:26It's a really effective program.
01:29It's really simple in the best way possible.
01:32Just to get some quick education and understanding on the importance of caring for ourselves
01:36and our mental health, and also some helpful tips for what we could do for ourselves and
01:40for one another.
