01:26 We think that the number of employees has increased from 160 to 200,000 in 5 years.

01:35 but that also has a mismatch and requires important professionalism,

01:41 So we must invest in training in all the IT sectors and connect the supply chain,
01:46 starting with the Made in Italy licensees, who must be understood and connected,
01:50 especially with the IT sector.
01:52 We know that it is a strategic sector and it is a real "flower in the eye" of Made in Italy.
