00:00Remember the physicality of practice you always talk about that. You got to see that one of your team. Are you saying it?

00:14And you got to practice tough to play tough and that's there's no way around that and

00:20That's that's the name of the game. We do have different tracking tempos what we're allowed to do, you know from a

00:25regulation standpoint

00:30People off the ground and learn to practice the right way

00:33Show them a clip of the Carolina Panthers and they're practicing. There's they're in tracking mode, which is

00:40Keep everybody up. Nobody should really contact anybody in Skelly and the rookie lit up the guy that's making a lot of money

00:50We flipped it to post practice and the report that the

00:54Media that ran into the highly paid receivers was the fire

01:02Right then and there before the last player was off the field practice. So, you know, that's a real thing

01:08You know, you don't do things the right way like show up on time or whatever, you know, there's there's consequences

01:14You know, we give them a little grace in a locker room

01:16But when they leave here, so practicing the right way is the sign of a mature team

01:21That cares and that understands and that you know, there's a great focus to how we got to get better and take care of each other
