00:19 A few months ago, a Chinese national who is hiding in Mandawin, Cebu, was arrested by the Bureau of Immigration Vigilance Search Unit.

00:28 He was arrested in the Pogos Camp Hub in Las Piñas on July 23 and charged with working without a permit or being improperly documented.

00:36 But he escaped and went to Cebu to avoid deportation.

00:40 Reportedly, there are also victims in China.

00:42 That's why they also want to go back to China so that they can start their investigation there.

00:48 The arrest of the Chinese who moved houses is difficult.

00:52 It's very important for them to be deported because what they do when they are released is they set up their offices.
