00:00Hello, my name's John Philipson. I'm the Chief Executive at the North East Oralism
00:07Society. We've been working with LNG now for just over two years and they've been phenomenally
00:15helpful to us. I think we realised because of the growth of the organisation and lessons
00:21that we learned during the pandemic that we needed to set up new computer systems to help
00:26us manage an ever-growing organisation. By now we've got about 1,200 staff and 53 different
00:32services. So they've been absolutely vital in helping us to set up new computer systems
00:38to manage the purchase of the different programmes and assets and make sure that everything integrates
00:45well. They've also helped us with mobile phones and the management of mobile phone data. And
00:53everything they've done has helped us to achieve the best results that we can financially,
00:59which is really important to us as a charity. For example, we had quotes at our farm for new
01:07systems that would cost £19,000 that we managed to get done through LNG and basically save that
01:14amount. In the end we got the work done for less than £10,000. So they've been absolutely brilliant
01:20in working with us to understand what we need, the systems that we
01:27didn't know that we needed and help us to integrate everything.
