00:00It's been really good, you know, the fact that we won the award is pretty incredible really,
00:05makes it all worthwhile. So yeah, I've been working here nearly two years,
00:11it's quite exciting really. So we use a lot of stuff within the sort of five mile radius,
00:16everything that we use is actually from next door, it's all local, it's all grown on the farm
00:22and it's quite exciting to use and actually take it from the ground and actually put it in the pan,
00:27which is really exciting. Well, I actually started in the sinks and I spent a lot of
00:32time washing up and then I got offered an opportunity to continue my chefing career at
00:39the Chill Grove, the fish house at Chill Grove and then I started there and then now,
00:45yeah, I'm here doing what I love, yeah.
