00:00Texas Rangers fans are having to wait a little bit longer than expected to see
00:05the new Globe Life Field. However, Joey Gallo and some of the other Rangers
00:09players have been able to hit around, play around in their new stadium. What
00:15did Gallo think about Globe Life Field? Yeah, Joey Gallo is finally getting the
00:21opportunity to to hit balls at Globe Life Field and we've all been waiting to
00:26to get to see it and you know hopefully one day that will be coming you know
00:29rather quickly but for now we just have to hear about it and the initial reviews
00:34are a bit surprising and Gallo mentioned to us that the ballpark is playing
00:41quote big as hell unquote. So it's obviously a bit different from their old
00:46ballpark for the last 26 seasons at Globe Life Park or formerly called the
00:51ballpark in Arlington. Definitely played more to hitters especially left-handed
00:56power hitters because of a jet stream that carried the ball to right field so
01:00this would definitely be a change for the Texas Rangers and could possibly
01:06help them attract pitchers. Obviously we still have yet to see how it's going to
01:11play out in a game but initial reviews are that Joey Gallo isn't too fond of
01:18the dimensions and has even mentioned to general manager John Daniels that moving
01:25the fences in might might be okay with the with the powerful hitter in the
01:30Rangers lineup.
