00:00I'm really proud of the way he's handled himself and trying to learn as much as he possibly

00:06can, trying to get caught up in everything, understand himself.

00:10He really went home this offseason and worked hard.

00:13I personally talked to him, talked with our staff about him.

00:17He was working out in Dominican with Nelson Cruz.

00:19He was trying to find himself and I think from a physical standpoint there were some

00:25things he kind of tapped into that he's made it known, he's like, I want to stay on my

00:32program.

00:33I want to make sure that I'm not all over the place this year.

00:36I want to stick to what we set out to do in spring training.

00:39I'm going to stick with it the whole year.

00:41Obviously he needs to produce and I know I talk about process over results a lot and

00:46we preach that so that the results will be there or at least they won't get consumed

00:51with those results.

00:52And Ronald kind of falls into that category.

00:55He does kind of, he knows how important the results are.
