00:00 Take me through some of the features of this place. Well as I mentioned earlier
00:04 the transparency, the lightness of the roof, the large picture window to the
00:11 north, it's going to allow us to bring in the exterior and vice versa. The interior
00:16 will go out and spill out. So you can imagine as Chuck Morgan is sitting
00:20 behind home plate, which is again one of the first times ever in baseball where
00:24 normally the PA announcer is up high and away, he's definitely right behind home
00:28 plate calling the game and then I'm sure he's gonna have control of, you can
00:33 see the video boards out in the plaza out there where I'm sure
00:37 fireworks, you know when the Naturals playing after someone rocks a home run
00:41 goes yard, there's gonna be some beautiful activity out there. You got two
00:45 large video boards. We also have some really cool premium destinations like
00:50 the Sky Porch up there where the T is, just below the video board. So that
00:55 little roof deck is accessible. You've got garage doors that are spilling out.
00:59 There's bar light experience there with rocking chairs. The other cool thing that
01:04 we did is notice that the brick arches, so that's kind of a nod to the past,
01:08 right? And in lieu of doing it like they did at Globe Light Park where we've
01:14 actually rotated the brick arches 90 degrees, so now you get these large
01:18 picture windows and in between each one of those incredible balcony seating
01:22 that's gonna spill out and get you a completely different experience over
01:27 left field corner. Earlier I mentioned all the suites and all the
01:32 activity happening down below the seating bowl, home plate clubs, dugout
01:36 suites. You've got another suite level up above this main concourse. In redefining
01:43 the cross section, we actually took a lot of the support amenities like toilets
01:47 and concessions and we pushed them out forward, right? So it defines one side of
01:52 the main concourse but at the same time you're gonna get these beautiful well
01:56 daylit atrium spaces that fans would be able to circulate through. Now I will say
02:01 that I think one thing that we did that it would be unique to baseball is the
02:04 upper concourse will also be 360 degrees. So it's not like you have to stop at the
02:10 corner but you'll be able to circulate all the way around and move through the
02:14 arches and take in the plaza to the north. But as I noted as we're moving
02:19 through here that there isn't going to be a backseat in the house. I think you're
02:23 going to be way closer, a way more intimate seating bowl which is going to
02:27 bring fans such a really great and unique experience.
